Latar Belakang Masalah: Pada masa pandemi COVID-19, Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) di Indonesia mengalami hambatan untuk melakukan kunjungan di fasilitas kesehatan dikarenakan pembatasa sosial, hal ini juga mempersulit PUS mengakses kontrasepsi. Data menunjukkan bahwa pada rentang Maret sd Mei 2020, terdapat peningkatan jumlah kehamilan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencegah drop out KB pada PUS selama masa pandemi COVID-19 dengan menggunakan mobile technology dan PAR serta menggali pengalaman stakeholder KB.Metode: Kegiatan yang dimplementasikan dalam penelitian ini ada 2 kegiatan besar yaitu dengan melakukan PAR dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang kontrasepsi dan KB. Blended online-offline method diterapkan dalam pendidikan kesehatan ini. Mobile technology dipilih sebagai media untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan, WhatsApp dan Youtube video digunakan untuk mengirimkan pesan dan informasi tentang kontrasepsi dan KB, serta memberikan informasi tentang akses kontrasepsi pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Study PAR ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sd Agustus 2020, dan one to one interview dilakukan untuk menggali pengalaman stakeholder.Hasil: Data interview menunjukkan bahwa PUS merasakan bahwa penggunaan mobile technology memberikan manfaat bagi mereka untuk dalam memperoleh pengetahuan dan informasi tentang kontrasepsi dan KB.PAR juga memberikan kesempatan kepada PUS untuk bisa berkontribusi pada sebuah program intervensi kesehatan yang menyebabkan emreka lebih bisa berpartisipasi pada program tersebut. Kader, tokoh masyarakt dan bidan juga merasakan manfaat positif dari program yang dijalankan dalam memberdayakan masyarakat di daerah tersebut.pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Namun demikian, ketidakstabilan jaringan internet dibeberapa daerah dianggap senagai salah satu tantangan pada saat implementasi.Kesimpulan: Diperlukan scope dan tempat yang luas untuk implementasi pada studi yang sam, sehingga mangaaf dari program bisa dirasakan oleh lebihnbanyak masyarat, hal ini secara tidak langsung akan meningkatkan kesdaran ber KB serta menurunkan angka drop out KB pada masa pandemi COVID-19.
Public Health Center shows some decreases in health service during Covid 19 Pandemic. This scoping review aims to review evidence related to the implementation of PHC during Covid-19 Pandemic. This paper adopted Arksey O'Malley framework consisting of five stages: identifying scoping review questions and relevant articles; searching for articles, conducting charting data; compiling, summarizing and reporting results. This paper reviewed 6 articles. Three themes were obtained: the role of cadres; barriers; and innovations at PHC. The results conclude that the practice of PHC in Indonesia does not accomodate the community need adequately yet. Therefore it s necessary to evaluate PHC activities and improve partnership with community and related stakeholders
Assessment during pre registration in midwifery school is one of the necessary process which need to be concerned as it would strengthen the quality of the graduation. It also could become a tool to evaluate ability and competency of the pre registration midwifery student. There is an evaluation which applied in Indonesian midwifery school as national standard i.e. OSCE in which is considered could fulfil the validity, reliability and feasibility within Indonesian context. This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of OSCE among midwifery school in Yogyakarta. This research was a mixed methods study used sequential explanatory design method i.e. quantitative phase and qualitative phase. Analytic descriptive study was applied in quantitative phase, whilst a case study was applied in qualitative phase. Quantitative data collection was conducted by using a checklist sheet and analyzed by using descriptive analysis, whilst qualitative data by using in-depth interviews and analyzed by using content analysis. The quantitative result show that the implementation of OSCE among midwifery schools in Yogyakarta has score 68 out of 92. The qualitative analysis showed that OSCE was challenging to be implemented due to technical problems such as broken media of assessment, different phantom model in delivery stages, assessor has been late, assessment rooms were not conducive and there were limited model who skilled as OSCE model. Conclusion: Standardized OSCE implementation has not been carried out properly in midwifery school. Therefore there is a need of national evaluation of the OSCE itself in order to understand the real condition across Indonesian midwifery school.
ASI merupakan makanan ideal untuk bayi baru lahir dan bayi. ASI aman dan mengandung antibodi yang membantu melindungi bayi dan berbagai macam penyakit. Pekan ASI sedunia bertujuan untuk memahami pentingnya bekerja sama dalam rangka mendukung pemberian ASI. Dukungan pemberian ASI dapat dilihat dari teman sebaya dan berbagi pengalaman tentang kesehatan bayi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis efektifitas group reminder breastfeeding sebagai inovasi peningkatan frekuensi pemberian ASI di posyandu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy experiment dengan rancangan pre test post test non equivalent control group pengumpulan data dilakukan pada 15 februari 2019 - 03 mei 2019 di posyandu wilayah puskesmas umbulharjo I. Teknik pengampilan sampel dengan simple random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan ibu yang mempunyai Bayi, dilakukan pada bulan Februari-April 2019. Instrument yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan mann – whitney, Wilcoxon dan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan efektifitas group reminder breastfeeding sebagai inovasi frekuensi ASI dengan uji Wilcoxon p value 0,000 (p<0,05), pada peningkatan berat badan p value 0,047 (p<0,05) dan pada status kesehatan p value 0,033 (p<0,05). Keefektifan Group reminder breastfeeding menunjukan bahwa 0,71 dengan kategori kuat, untuk regresi linier R² 0,436 ada pengaruh pada frekuensi ASI, berat badan dan status kesehatan. Group reminder breastfeeding dapat dijadikan ibu untuk berbagi pengalaman tentang ASI dan bayi.Â
