Nurses have a vital position in providing health services in the community in district areas. Their work situation needs to be considered in order to provide optimal service. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on nurse performance and study work stress as a mediating variable on nurse performance. This research was carried out by using the survey approach to nurses working in Puskesmas in Tumpang district working area. Path analysis was applied to obtain the relationship between the variables studied. The results show that if high works are handled by a small number of human resources, it will only result in high workloads and then increase work stress. A conducive work environment not only helps nurses to control stress but also allows them to improve their performance.JEL Classification: I18, J24, M54
Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efek transformational leadership dan locus of control terhadap innovative work behavior melalui organizational citizenship behavior. Desain/Methodologi/Pendekatan - Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja yang berjumlah 52 responden. Peneliti menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner dan metode dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan statistika deskriptif dan statistika inferensial. Temuan penelitian - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap innovative work behavior. Locus of control tidak berpengaruh terhadap innovative work behavior. transformational leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Locus of control berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh terhadap innovative work behavior. Transformational leadership dengan dimediasi organizational citizenship behavior tidak berpengaruh terhadap innovative work behavior. Dan, locus of control dengan dimediasi organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh terhadap innovative work behavior pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pasuruan.
This study discusses the influence of variable bank characteristics on bank stock prices included on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2009-2013). Regarding what is used is a data collection that is a merger between cross section data and time series from 25 banks. The results showed that bad credit as a proxy for credit risk increased significantly to stock prices. Credit risk increases. It is proven that efficiency shows a negative and significant relationship to stock prices. Limitations / Implications in this study are the adequacy of bank capital, profitability and income diversification ratio non-interest income (NIIR) does not affect the bank's stock price.
This study aims to examine the relationship between determinant variables affecting SME funding decision in Batu City. The approach used is survey research on perpetrators of SMEs excellent products as respondents to test the causality of variables affecting the funding decision. The analysis technique used is multiple regressions. The research found that: (1) although SMEs can achieve profit and increase assets, SMEs in Batu City prioritize internal funding sources. (2) Higher business risk due to increased company size and leverage operations. The SMEs tend to use internal funding rather than debt. SMEs growth does not necessarily use debt. Most the production activities of SMEs in Batu City have reached full capacity.
This study aims to influence servant leadership and loyalty on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior as mediating variables. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Telkom Access in Malang City, totaling 47 people. The number of samples is determined based on total sampling with a total of 47 samples. Data was collected using a questionnaire, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed to determine the effect of each variable which was calculated using Partial Lesat Square (PLS) analysis. The conclusion of this study is that servant leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Loyalty has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Servant leadership has a positive but not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. loyalty has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. organizational citizenship behavior does not play a role in mediating the effect of servant leadership on employee performance. organizational citizenship behavior plays a role in mediating the effect of loyalty on employee performance.
