Drying buildings are really needed by farmers during the harvest season, the drying buildings that Merauke farmers often use are natural drying buildings whose heat source comes from the sun. The use of dryer buildings is considered more efficient when drying, this is because the farmers in Merauke have quite a hard time when the harvest arrives, when the harvest arrives the rainfall is still high. The purpose of this study was to determine the thermal conditions in a simple dryer building. This research type is experimental research. Temperature measurements were carried out for 1 week from 1 October 2022 – 6 October 2022. The results showed that inside the grain drying buildings the average temperature reached 34.2°C and the average humidity reached 73.9%. Meanwhile outside the building the average temperature reaches 31.8°C and the average humidity reaches 81%. During the measurement period, the highest temperature inside the building reached 43.4°C, causing the grain which was dried in the sun to dry quickly.

Objects test made from comparison namely by some the proportion of comparison mixture.
The thermal condition in lease houses in Merauke is very uncomfortable, one of the causes is that the existence of home furniture that are not well organized in many lease houses causes the circulation of space to be not smooth. With the condition of a narrow house with more and more needs, the need for furniture facilities is needed. If the selection and use of unwise furniture will affect the comfort of the building, the room will become full/crowded with the furniture. The purpose of this research is to design an innovative multi-functional furniture that has more than 4 functions in one piece of furniture. This study used an experimental method, the data analyzed included: the amount of each lease house, the amount of each room in the lease house, the amount of furniture and the amount of furniture, and this study focused on the bedroom. Innovative furniture designed to have more than 4 functions (multifunctional). Innovative furniture that is multifunctional in the bedroom can combine several types of furniture such as the bed, wardrobe, study desk, book cabinet, chair, and other functions. The space circulation becomes 45% for a spacious bedroom of 9 m2. Therefore, the circulation of space becomes better and the need for circulation based on the comfort of the physical movements of the occupants is fulfilled. In addition to better space circulation, thermal conditions (temperature, humidity, and air circulation) also get better.
Abstract-Lease house is one of the most residential which was built with gain less attention by comfort, as thermal comfort (temperature, humidity, solar radiation, etc) and activity comfort. All lease house's room was planned and designed without calculating the maximum quantity of room. It's just only impression that "the important thing is existing of the room". The purpose of this research is socializing the utilization of innovative furniture for increase support the comfortable of lease house in Merauke also make furniture that can be used in all of the rooms in lease house (except bathroom and water closet) by innovative furniture application. The result of this research is expected that will get an innovative furniture which effective, comfort, safe, healthy and efficient. The characteristic of this research is descriptive, evaluative and applicative. It means that collecting the data by observation, total population, age, height, weight, job measure, anthropometry measure (elbow high and vertical range, sitting motion, height) also literature study. Data analysis of this research is quantitative descriptive which using frequency tabulation also qualitative which using spatial pattern description. The average size of lease house for a unit in Merauke is 49 m2 which use standard furniture for a bedroom (bed, cupboard and desk) and only 20% space of lease house for circulation. S o, it will make the room becomes narrow. If we use innovative furniture, the space of lease house for circulation becomes 35%. It means that if we use innovative furniture, the circulation will increase 15% better than standard furniture. Furthermore, this circulation is so good for human, temperature also humidity in the lease house's room.
