The tendency of entrepreneurial interest can grow from an early age, especially in the world of education because of a systematic learning process. Previous studies stated that entrepreneurial interest can be carried out through the right learning system in the field of entrepreneurship studies and effective training on entrepreneurship. This shows that aspects of theoretical science and applied science and practice must be in synergy. Previous research provides empirical evidence that the Business Canvas Model (BCM) entrepreneurship learning model and entrepreneurship training have an effect on the growth of entrepreneurial interest in higher education. The research was conducted at Miftahul Midad Islamic Boarding School, Lumajang Regency. Primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires were analyzed by multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the Business Canvas Model (BCM) entrepreneurship learning model and entrepreneurship training had an effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Because of the large influence of learning and entrepreneurship training on students' interest in entrepreneurship, an appropriate and systematic model is needed to stimulate them to become competent entrepreneurs.
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, discipline, and work environment significantly partially and simultaneously to the performance of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. In this study used quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Respondents were 78 subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. The results of this study are and documentation and continued with data processing to draw conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that Leadership, motivation and work environment there is no significant partial positive effect on the performance of sub-district officials in Lumajang District. partially on the performance While the discipline there is a significant positive influence of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. Simultaneously Leadership, motivation, discipline and work environment there is a significant positive influence partially on the performance of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. The variables studied have an effect of 40.2% on employee performance, and the rest is influenced by other variables.
Purpose: This study aims to understand the concept of a two-variable linear equation system by presenting material in the form of line drawings in the field of Cartesian, this is because at the 2013 Junior High School Examination National Examination many students received mathematical grades below the standard. Methodology: In constructing the concept of a system of linear equations, two variables in the Cartesian plane are carried out in stages. The first stage is obtained four system concepts of two-variable linear equations which include the concept of a straight line position in the Cartesian plane, the concept of the point position towards intervals in the Cartesian plane, the concept of the point position towards the line am + bn = c, the concept of the relationship of two lines_1 m + b_1 n = c_1 and a_2 m + b_2 n = c_2. Main Findings: The results of this study are the first stage of the concept of four systems of linear equations which include the concept of straight-line position in the cartesian plane, the concept of point position at intervals in the Cartesian plane, the concept of position points with lines, the concept of two-line relations. Applications of this study: This study is applicable to the junior high school level. Novelty/Originality of this study: a) Evaluating data about constants, intervals for variables and, relations of points with lines, relations of two lines. b) It provides data on stage (a) to visualize various lines determine the position of points against the line, intersect two lines. c) Provide a case for related points a and b to students for evaluation.
In the world of school, where learning is organized systematically, the propensity for entrepreneurial curiosity can develop from a young age. According to earlier studies, entrepreneurship interest can be cultivated through the proper educational framework for entrepreneurship studies and efficient entrepreneurship training. This demonstrates how some elements of theoretical research, applied science, and practice must work together. The Business Canvas Model (BCM) entrepreneurship learning model and entrepreneurship training have an impact on the rise of entrepreneurial interest in higher education, according to prior research, which offers empirical support. The study was carried out in the Lumajang Regency's Miftahul Midad Islamic Boarding School. This study set out to determine the level of entrepreneurial interest among the younger generation receiving their education at Islamic boarding schools in the Lumajang district. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the primary data that were received through the distribution of questionnaires. The findings demonstrated that entrepreneurship training and the Business Canvas Methodology (BCM) learning model had an impact on participants' interest in entrepreneurship. A suitable and systematic methodology is required to encourage students to become competent entrepreneurs given the significant influence that education and entrepreneurship training have on their interest in entrepreneurship.
