The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of information systems (ISs) Success Factors the user of (AISs) satisfaction on the Kuwaiti governmental organizations. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed and developed a questionnaire for data collection from the study population and distributed (160) questionnaires. There were (149) retrieval for data analysis which was used for further analysis using SPSS v26. After an appropriate analysis, the study found no significant impact for the success factors (ISs) including the quality of information, the quality of the system and the quality of services on the user satisfaction (AISs).
The study constructs an approach based on the fuzzy logic approach (analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and analytic network process (ANP)) and balanced scorecard (BSC) for evaluating (AISs) performance in the government financial management information system (GFMIS) in Jordan. The (BSC) concept is applied to define the (AHP) and (ANP) with four major perspectives (i.e. financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth), and key performance indicators (KPIs) are selected for each perspective. A fuzzy logic approach is then proposed in order to tolerate vagueness and ambiguity of information. A fuzzy logic approach (AISs) is finally constructed to facilitate the solving process. The results provide guidance to (AISs) in the (GFMIS) in Jordan regarding strategies for improving (AISs) performance. The constructed approach is suggested to be a good tool for solving other multiple-criteria decision-making problems.
Dubai has witnessed a great development in its economic sector and a massive volume in its financial services, so simple operations become more complex. Therefore, Blockchain Technology (BCT) has been implemented in the department of Finance (DOF) in Dubai government. Based on this, the objective of this research is to evaluate the internal control system (ICS) under the use of BCT. In order to achieve this objective, the data in this research was collected by using qualitative approach thorough conducting the interviews with focus group consists of heads of departments, accountants, and auditors. The collected data was analyzed by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytical Network Process (ANP) (Hamdan, 2013). The following are the most important findings of this research. First, designing an effective and strong model to evaluate the effectiveness of ICS. Second, the Blockchain implementing strategies has a significant role on evaluating the effectiveness of ICS. Third, obtaining a standard percentage of the effectiveness of ICS under the use of BCT which is 72% to be used in the future research.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
