<em>Very tight work competition results in many unemployed people because of the imbalance between the number of jobs and the number of graduates. For this reason, universities prepare lectures that can equip their students in entrepreneurship. One of them is greenpreneursip lectures. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning greenpreneur on communication skills and student entrepreneurial interests. The research design used was the pre-experimental design one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. The data collection method used in this study is the questionnaire method. Data collection instruments included 20 items of entrepreneurial interest questionnaires and 18 items of communication skills questionnaire used to determine changes in communication skills and entrepreneurial interests before and after the lecture. The results were obtained by the p-value of entrepreneurial interest> 0.05, which is equal to 0.475. the p-value of communication skills <0.05, which is equal to 0.049. The conclusion in this study is the greenpreneurship course does not affect student entrepreneurial interest, but has the effectiveness of student communication skills.</em>
This research was conducted in Cialam Caya Village, Konda Subdistrict, South Konawe Regency, in July - September 2021. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of various doses of Biomol on the growth and yield of mustard greens. This study was arranged in a Randomized Block Design (RAK) which consisted of 7 treatments with biomol doses, namely: control (without biomol), P1 50 ml, P2 100 ml, P3 150 ml, P4 200 ml, P5 250 ml, P6 300 ml, 3-time treatment repetition to produce 21 experimental units. The results of this study concluded that the administration of biomol had a very significant effect on the growth and yield of mustard greens (plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight) and the best dose of biomol for mustard greens (Brassica Juncea L.) was at a dose of 200 ml.
ABSTRAKKeberadaan lansia secara fisik, psikis, ekonomi, maupun sosial membutuhkan special treatment. Munculnya permasalahan pada lansia perlu strategi dalam pemecahannya sehingga penyuluhan pada lansia menjadi salah satu treatment yang tepat untuk digalakkan. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menyadarkan lansia akan pentingnya kesehatan di masa lansia, serta kebutuhan akan adanya program layanan kesehatan khusus lansia. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan yaitu berdiskusi dengan mitra terkait solusi penyelesaian masalah dan implementasi solusi melalui program sehat, mandiri, dan produktif. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) terlaksananya penyuluhan lansia; yakni penyadaran, identifikasi kebutuhan dan perencanaan, serta pemilihan program layanan kesehatan untuk lansia; (2) terpenuhinya kebutuhan kesehatan sehari-hari lansia, adanya kepuasan batin, dan meningkatnya partisipasi lansia dalam kegiatan program penyuluhan. Dengan demikian, perlu dikembangkan kegiatan-kegiatan yang lebih menarik dan bermanfaat untuk lansia sehingga dapat meningkatkan usia harapan hidup lansia dan menghadirkan lansia yang lebih sehat, mandiri, dan produktif.
<p>Islamic Senior High School of Mu'allimin Mu'allimat Rembang (MA M3R) is one of the oldest school in Rembang Regency. Most of the students who attend the school are students from various Islamic boarding schools in the city of Rembang. Most of the graduates from MA M3R did not continue to Higher Education. There are those who work, get married, and those who continue chanting. For this reason, counseling activities are needed which are to provide training to MA M3R students who aim to equip entrepreneurial skills after graduation. One of the entrepreneurial skills that can be delivered is the making of aromatherapy decorative candles. The stages in the extension activities include 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. This service activity is able to increase student entrepreneurial motivation, train students' tenacity and responsibility, and train good ways of communicating when marketing product results.<strong></strong></p><p> </p><p>Madrasah Aliyah Mu’allimin Mu’allimat Rembang (MA M3R) merupakan salah satu madrasah tertua di Kabupaten Rembang. Sebagian besar siswa yang bersekolah di madarah tersebut adalah santri dari berbagai pondok pesantren yang ada di kota Rembang. Sebagian besar lulusan dari MA M3R tidak melanjutkan ke Perguruan Tinggi. Ada yang bekerja, menikah, dan adapula yang melanjutkan mengaji. Untuk itu diperlukan kegiatan penyuluhan yang sifatnya memberikan pelatihan terhadap siswa-siswi MA M3R yang bertujuan untuk membekali keterampilan wirausaha setelah lulus. Salah satu keterampilan wirausaha yang dapat disampaikan adalah pembuatan lilin hias beraromaterapi. Tahapan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan ini meliputi 3 tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mampu meningkatkan motivasi wirausaha siswa, melatih keuletan dan tanggung jawab siswa, serta melatih cara berkomunikasi yang baik pada saat memasarkan hasil produk.<strong></strong></p>

One example of activities related to technology and information in madrasah is e-learning. E-learning can improve learning outcomes, critical thinking skills, and motivation. E-learning applications have been found on the internet, including Schoology, Edmodo, Google Classroom, Rumah Belajar, Phet Colorado, Quizziz, and others. Quizziz is an application that supports the organization of test online. The use of the application in daily tests can help teachers reduce errors in assessment. The Quizzez application is also effectively used in class because it is simpler in its application.</em></p><p class="ABSTRACT"> </p><p class="KEYWORD"><em>Era revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan era di mana kehidupan manusia selalu berkaitan dengan teknologi dan informasi</em><em>. </em><em>Salah satu contoh kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan teknologi dan informasi di madrasah adalah pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring). Pembelajaran daring dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan motivasi belajar siswa. Aplikasi pembelajaran daring sudah banyak dijumpai di internet, antara lain Schoology, Edmodo, Google Classroom, Rumah Belajar, Phet Colorado, Quizziz, dan lain-lain. Quizziz merupakan aplikasi yang mendukung tentang penyelenggaraan UH, UTS, dan UAS secara online. Penggunaan aplikasi dalam ulangan harian dapat membantu guru mengurangi kesalahan dalam penilaian. Aplikasi Quizzez juga efektif digunakan dalam pelatihan pembuatan soal berbasis daring karena lebih sederhana dalam penerapannya.</em><em></em></p>
