Kemajuan di bidang komunikasi data dan jaringan komputer telah memungkinkan ribuan orang untuk melakukan komunikasi dengan beragam teknologi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Di sisi lain terdapat ancaman yang membayangi kemajuan tersebut, yaitu aspek keamanan data dan informasi. Sistem keamanan data diperlukan untuk melindungi data dan informasi yang ditransmisikan melalui jaringan komunikasi. Salah satu mekanisme untuk menyediakan layanan keamanan data adalah teknik kriptografi. Dalam kriptografi, data yang dikirimkan melalui jaringan akan disamarkan sedemikian rupa dengan teknik enkripsi sehingga kalaupun data itu bisa dibaca maka tidak bisa dimengerti oleh pihak yang tidak berhak. Data yang akan dikirimkan dan belum mengalami penyandian dikenal dengan istilah plaintext, dan setelah disamarkan dengan suatu cara penyandian, maka plaintext ini akan berubah menjadi ciphertext. Sebelum adanya komputer, kriptografi dilakukan dengan algoritma berbasis karakter. Terdapat sejumlah algoritma yang tercatat dalam sejarah kriptografi, algoritma-algoritma tersebut sering diistilahkan dengan algoritma kriptografi klasik. Pada penelitian ini diimplementasikan kriptografi klasik sebagai metode untuk melakukan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi data teks yang dikirimkan melalui aplikasi chat. Dari proses pengujian diperoleh bahwa proses enkripsi dan dekripsi dapat menjaga kerahasiaan data.
Design is an important thing in this research. This design includes the specifications of the components contained in the circuit and how the circuit works. In the early stages, component selection is done as needed. After getting the required components, the next step is the design and manufacture of tools. This design is intended to learn the circuit and work system tool that will be made. The purpose of making this tool is design and make blower smoke and auto fragrance disposal using MQ-5 sensor based microcontroller ATMega 8535. The benefits of making smoke disposal and auto fragrance blower using MQ-5 sensor based microcontroller ATMega 8535 is to dispose cigarette smoke and automatically fragrances the room to prevent the build-up of cigarette smoke in a room and to help minimize the dangers of cigarette smoke for passive smokers so that the air circulation in the room keeps going well.
Masculinization is one method of sex reversal technique that can direct the sex of fish. The aim of this research is to know the effect of different concentration ofcoconut waterto percentage of male guppy fish through immersion method.This research was conducted in August - October 2018 at Fisheries Basic Laboratory, Program Study of Aquaculture, Sriwijaya University. This research used completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications i.e without coconut water (P0), coconut water 20%(P1), coconut water 30% (P2) and coconut water 40% (P3). The observed parameters were the percentage of male guppy, survival rate and water quality (temperature, pH, ammonia and dissolved oxigen). The result showed the percentage of male guppy was 46.66 % (P0), 70.00 % (P1), 80.00 % (P2) and 83.33 % (P3). Water quality during maintenance were temperature 20.1 – 28.9 0C, pH 6.5 – 7.2, DO 3 – 6.8 mg/L, and ammonia 0.01 – 0.09 mg/L. Proccess of Design and arrange the 12 V battery charger unit have done for need Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises in Balikpapan. The charging proccess use AC source 220 V that reduce become 15 V in the input. At the charger, the negative terminal of DC source is connect to negative plat or anode from battery and the positive terminal from source is connect to positive plat or catode frome battery. From the trial we get output voltage is 12.20 V, and output ampere that range of 0.6-0.9 A. Also, the time longer for charge the battery is 490 minutes and this was tested with Specifick Grafity Test as 1.2 Kg/l and Quick Test at the good Condition.
Time management skills cannot be released with student learning activities in project-based learning. The development of PjBL-based student worksheets is expected to not only empower higher-level thinking skills but also students’ time management. This study aims to develop project-based learning worksheets. This research was conducted by using the Plomp design research consisting of preliminary, prototyping, and assessment phases. The results of this research revealed that both of critical thinking and creative thinking skills had increased (medium category) and it was have an impact on improving student time management with an effect size of 14,18 (very high). There was a`positive correlation between HOTs with students’ time management skill (r=0,82). Both of critical thinking and creative thinking were involving mental processes at each stage of project implementation so students must be able to manage their time well. This happens repeatedly and structured. Finally, the implementation of PjBL-based student’s worksheet can improve student’s higher-order thinking skills and time management skills.
Synbiotic is a combination of probiotics and prebiotics can improve the feed efficiency, growth, survival and BAL population of fish. The purpose of this research was to know the effect of synbiotic feed to feed efficiency, growth, survival and immune response of catfish. This research conducted on October to December 2016 in Laboratorium Dasar Perikanan, Departement of Budidaya Perairan, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The method used in the research is Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with six treatments and three replications. Catfish with synbiotic feed that treatment with the addition of commercial feed with synbiotic P0 (Control), P1 (2.5 ml Prebiotics + Probiotics 6 ml /kg), P2 (5.0 ml Prebiotics + Probiotics 6 ml /kg), P3 (7.5 ml Prebiotics + Probiotics 6 ml /kg), P4 (10.5 ml Prebiotics + Probiotics 6 ml /kg) and P5 (12.5 ml Prebiotics + Probiotics 6 ml /kg) for 30 days. The observed parameters were feed efficiency, growth, survival, BAL populations in the gut and clinical symptoms after challenge test. The results showed that provision addition of synbiotic in feed give significant effect to feed efficiency, growth and survival of catfish. The treatment P2 with synbiotic feed (5.0 ml Prebiotics + 6 ml Probiotics /kg) gives the feed efficiency (39,27%), the highest growth of weight (4.38 g), the highest growth of length (1.74 cm), the survival (97.78%), LAB (Lactid Acid Bacteria) population (3.51 x 104 CFU.mL-1) and survival after test challenge with A. hydrophila (86.67%). As one of the country with largest population in the world, Indonesia is facing major challenge to serve people in various sectors, one of them is health sector. Utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has a strategic role in improving efficiency and expanding services access. The main challenge related to data interoperability is the ability to integrate and synchronize data sourced from health information (e-health) systems with different (heterogeneous) platforms. This research aims to build a framework to materialize data interoperability and information exchange among e-health systems. The interoperability is materialized by utilizing service oriented architecture (SOA) paradigm and is implemented using Web Service technology. Service oriented analysis and design (SOAD) is used as method in the system development at the analysis phase and designing phase to generate service portfolio which consisting of three levels: conceptual view, logical view, and physical view. This research intruduces Interoperability Matrix (IM) to describe the modules and entities that involved in the framework design. The framework resulted from this research can be used as reference in e-health systems development in variety of health care applications.
Artikel ini disusun berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yang pernah dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Darun Nafi KM.34 Samboja Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan adalah pemasangan lampu penerangan jalan berbasis solar system. Proses perhitungan dan pengujian lampu penerangan jalan berbasis solar system akan dibahas di dalam artikel ini. Lampu penerangan jalan menggunakan lampu dc 12 Volt, panel surya 50 Wp, charge control 10 A, dan battery 65 Ah. Lampu penerangan jalan digunakan selama 12 jam.
