This study was conducted to analyze the influence of Alternative work arrangementss, work environment, and job stress on job satisfaction. The object of this research is millenial bankir with a total sample of 120 employees and data collection use online survey. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The results of this study indicate that Alternative work arrangementss, job stress have a negative significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive significant effect on turnover intention, and Alternative work arrangementss have a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, work stress has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention, Alternative work arrangementss have a negative significant effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive significant effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction, and job stress has a negative significant effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction. The human resource management must implement the suitability of employee competencies with their field of work better so that it is expected to reduce turnover in employees creating a conducive work environment.
The purpose of this research is how to implement strategy development to increase regional economic growth and what are the positive implications of implementing strategy development to increase regional economic growth in Mojokerto Regency, East Java. Methodology. The data analysis method used in this study is the analysis of the interaction patterns of Miles and Huberman of Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusions and Verification. Results show governance in the development of tourism-based village potential in Mojokerto Regency, especially Ketapanrame Village, is proof that the village government can invite the community to work together to realize a common goal. From this, it can be said that village officials or village heads in particular can give trust to the community but not all leaders can do this. With the existence of several tours such as the Ganjaran park and Sumber Gempong, the Trawas Village Head admits that the community's economic level is slowly getting better.
First, this study focuses on SME entrepreneurs in Indonesia: This study will focus more on SME entrepreneurs in Indonesia, which is a group of entrepreneurs who have different challenges and needs from large-scale entrepreneurs. This allows the research to go deeper in analyzing the problems faced by SME entrepreneurs and provide more specific solutions. Second, the Combination of Financial Literacy and Business Orientation Strategy Ability: This study combines two variables, namely Financial Literacy and Business Orientation Strategy Ability, where the two variables are interrelated and affect business performance. In previous research, these variables were often studied separately. Third, focus on external factors: In addition to paying attention to internal factors such as management and leadership skills, this study also pays attention to external factors such as the role of the government and the support of SME entrepreneur associations in improving the Financial Literacy and Business Orientation Strategy Capability of SME entrepreneurs in Indonesia. Fourth, Qualitative approach: This study uses a qualitative approach that allows researchers to more deeply understand the experiences and perceptions of SME entrepreneurs related to Financial Literacy and Business Orientation Strategy Capability. In addition, by using a qualitative approach, researchers can explore various aspects that have not been revealed in previous studies. By focusing on SME entrepreneurs in Indonesia and combining Financial Literacy and Business Orientation Strategy Capability, as well as considering external factors and using a qualitative approach, this research can make a significant contribution in improving understanding and effective solutions to the problems faced by SME entrepreneurs in Indonesia.
