AbstractBiomechanics is a science field that studies movement which can later be used as a reference for movement technique in sports. Volleyball has spike, block, service, and passing techniques. Basically, spike technique is started with a starting step then jumping. Variable spike step pattern (footwork) will cause different performance. This study aimed to get a step pattern in creating the best spike performance. This research was carried out by using experimental method. The research design used was one shot case study. The varied initial step patterns were A, B, C, and D patterns. The subject of this study was volleyball athletes of PGRI Banyuwangi University. The data collection was done in 5 replications for the starting step patterns. Then, the data was processed by using kinovea software to analyze spike performance. The results showed that the best power performance occurred in the A starting step pattern which was 115.717 J / dt while the minimum power performance occurred in the B starting step pattern which was 93,098 J / dt. This was due to a change in force (F) in the starting step Danang Ari Santoso dan Moh. Agung Setiabudi Analisis biomechanics pola langkah awalan (footwork step pattern) spike dalam bola voli terhadap performa power spike 30 SPORTIF, 5 (1) 2019 | 29-40 in each step pattern. In the A and D patterns, the force (F) tended to increase while in B and C patterns, the force (F) decreased in the last step because there was a change in the direction of movement or a step deviation. Thus, th...
Physical condition is the most important indicator in the life of every community to maximize daily physical activity. Physical condition is very closely related to physical fitness. One of the most effective ways to maintain one's physical fitness is to do physical activity or exercise regularly and continue. Physical activity that is carried out routinely is of course also able to increase body immunity or a person's resistance to a virus or disease, one of which is covid 19. The target of this community service activity is the community in Sumberberas Village, RW 04. The socialization activity to increase physical fitness began on the 18th July 19 2020, 09.00-12.00 WIB and located in the Al Munir mosque in the village of Sumberberas. Material related to physical activities delivered and recommended are jogging, cycling and aerobics by taking into account health protocols and physical distancing. On the first day in the implementation of this socialization activity there were 30 participants who participated and on the second day there were additional members of 20 people. So that the total participants of this socialization activity were 50 people. Based on the evaluation results it can be concluded that the participation of the people who took part in this socialization activity was classified as good and the community was also very enthusiastic.
In this modern era, sport is increasingly popular with Indonesian people. As sports develops, coaches continue to develop physical, technical, and psychological training models to achieve optimal performance in their built athletes. Psychology is one important aspect in sports. Many potential athletes fail because of psychological factors, namely mental. Anxiety factors (anxiety) possessed by individual athletes affect the appearance in the match. An athlete is an individual who has its own uniqueness, especially in a different tribe. He has his own talents, his own habits and his own culture and background that specifically affect him. Various differences that cause anxiety levels (anxiety) in sports will also not be the same. This type of research is a non-experimental quantitative research (ex post facto) with a survey approach. The samples in this study were the Osing, Javanese and Madurese using cluster sampling techniques. Respondents are athletes from the student volleyball team. The results showed that the anxiety level of Javanese and Madurese in the category of "little" and "never". while the osing terms in the "few" and "sometimes" categories. The conclusion in this study is the level of anxiety athletes in the face of competition from each tribe, especially the osing tribe still depends on the material of the opposing players.
