The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of viral marketing and purchase intention, the influence between viral marketing and supply chain performance, the influence buzz marketing and purchase intention, the positive buzz marketing and supply chain performance, and the influence between purchase intention and supply chain performance. This study uses quantitative methods and data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The sample selection method used the snowball sampling method. Online questionnaires were sent to respondents as many as 120 Freight Forwarders in DKI Jakarta. Based on data analysis, it was found that there is a positive influence between viral marketing and purchase intention, there is a positive influence between viral marketing and supply chain performance, there is a positive influence between buzz marketing and purchase intention. There is a positive influence between marketing buzz and supply chain performance. There is a positive influence between purchase intention and supply chain performance. The novelty of this research is a model of the relationship between viral and buzz marketing on purchase intention and supply chain performance and the results of this study can be applied in other organizations and in other countries.

An area generally has a different character from other regions, including the limited resources that exist in the area. Therefore, it is necessary to strive to encourage human resources through various interactions, and one of the efforts made is the interaction of organizational capacity in the field of innovation. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the process of organizational interaction in the field of community innovation in Magelang City, Central Java Province, Indonesia. Secondary data sources from the Magelang City Research and Development Agency were 322 innovations from 2004 to 2019, while the primary data came from structured interviews with ten innovators. The findings of the analysis are presented with a qualitative description to evaluate the interaction of innovations in the context of local government organizations. The sampling technique in the study uses accidental sampling. The analysis tool uses participatory exploration that focuses on the government's efforts as an internal organization in encouraging the community as an external organization through the interaction of innovation. The findings of this study are the formation of informal organizations in the community through the interaction of innovations carried out through internal organizational mechanisms. The finding in this study is that the organization's internal interactions in innovation are proven to be beneficial for the community which encourages the growth of community innovation, increases people's income, and contributes to increasing Magelang City's Regional Original Income.

Business and entrepreneurship are certainly not a monopoly on men. As inhabitants of half the world, women also have the right to engage in the business world. In line with the ideals of emancipation, many women currently have the opportunity to become business partners of men. This research aims to clarify the role of absorptive capacity and entrepreneurial competencies in strengthening women’s leadership toward success. This research was conducted in 3 provinces in Indonesia involving 114 women entrepreneurs in the MSME (micro, small, and medium enterprises) category. This research used a structural equation model with the SmartPLS software tool. The results of this research showed that absorptive capacity and entrepreneurial competencies were able to increase women’s leadership toward successful entrepreneurship. City and age moderation failed to moderate the effect of women’s leadership on successful entrepreneurship. The government on a macro scale needs to pay attention to providing understanding or special training for women MSME business actors who are trying to build their business from scratch. Business challenges for women entrepreneurs are heavier than for men because there are several social, value, and cultural barriers that require special treatment and strategies in developing the potential of women entrepreneurs in Indonesia.

The climate of the Earth has changed throughout history. Climate change negatively impacts human rights in a wide range of ways. The study aims to find out the impact of climate change on aging health in developing countries. The study found that public health will be devastated if climate change continues unabated. Countries that are least responsible for global warming are most susceptible to the effects of higher temperatures, such as death and disease. In low‐ and middle‐income countries, disasters are more likely to happen to people aged 60 and over. Although climate change affects all of us, older people are especially at risk from it, as evidenced by a growing body of research. The study also offers countermeasures and suggestions to develop aging health in developing countries affected by climate change.
