This study aims to produce a calculus module using geogebra software on limits, derivatives, and integrals. This research uses the 4D Thiagarajan development. This method is modified into 3D, thats define, design, and development. This research begins with a need’s analysis covering student analysis, material analysis, task analysis, analysis of the formulation of learning objectives. The results of the needs analysis that the calculus module using geogebra applications needs to be developed. Based on the results of the student and teacher questionnaire responses said the module developed was very good with a value of 81%.
One of the habituation models that can strengthen an individual's spirituality so that he is able to become fully human in finding solutions and reflecting on himself is by reading istighosah. Sources of data in this paper were obtained through observation and interviews within a period of 4 months, starting from September to December 2020. The results of this study indicate that the reading of istighosah can be an alternative educational model that can shape the character of society. The academic community of IAIMNU Metro Lampung through the transformation of the Islamic ideology Ahlu sunah waljama'jamah Annahdliyah which has the principles of tawazun, tasamuh, ta'adul and amar ma'ruf nahi is mungkar. The success of this habituation can be seen in general from the development of the IAIMNU academic community which leads to the construction or development of character by practicing the principles of religious attitudes which are tawasuth, tawazun, tasamuh, and always looking for a middle way (moderate). Besides, this habituation becomes a satisfaction both physically and mentally for the perpetrators
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas Mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam di . Secara lebih detail, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyususnan perencanaan peningkatan mutu, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan program dan bentuk pengawasan yang dilaksanakan dalam Mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan observasi (partisipant observation), wawancara (indept interview), dan pengajian dokumen (dokumen study). Adapun langkah yang ditempuh dalam menganalisis data yaitu dengan cara menyusun data, menghubungkan data, mereduksi penyajian dan kemudian disimpulkan. Sedangkan untuk mencapai kepercayaan data penelitian yang telah dikumpulkan berikutnya di lakukan uji tingkat kepercayaan (Credibilitas) dengan cara perpanjangan keterikatan yang lama, ketekunan pengamatan, melakukan tringulasi, mendiskusikan dengan teman sejawat dan pengecekan anggota. Berdasarkan analisis penelitian, ditemukan Kecamatan Lempuing sebagai berikut: Perencanaan dilakukan melalui pemilihan dan penetapan kegiatan. Bentuk perencanaan meliputi: Pengaturan sumber daya, pengaturan sumber dana, pengembangan kurikulum dan pembinaan personil organisasi sekolah. Pengorganisasian dilaksanakan dengan proses perincian seluruh pekerjaan yang harus dilaksanakan setiap personil organisasi sekolah dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Pelaksanaan belum sepenuhnya mengikuti tahapan pelaksanaan pedoman umum pelaksanaan. Konsep dan tujuan kebijakan Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam belum dipahami secara utuh oleh pelaku kebijakan sebagai akibat dari pelaksanaan sosialisasi kebijakan yang masih temporer dan kurangnya komunikasi dan koordinasi di antara pelaku kebijakan. Pengawasan meliputi tiga tahapan, yaitu: Pengawasan pendahuluan, pengawasan yang dilakukan bersama dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan dan pengawasan umpan balik untuk mengukur hasil-hasil dari suatu kegiatan yang telah diselesaikan. Proses pengawasan yang dilakukan antara lain: Penetapan standar kegiatan, penentuan pengukuran kegiatan, pengukuran pelaksanaan kegiatan nyata, membandingkan pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan standar dan penganalisaan penyimpangan-penyimpangan.
The purpose of writing an article about the implementation of the values of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah (ASWAJA) in ke-NU-an learning at MTs Darussalam Kademangan Blitar is motivated by the inadequate quality of Islamic education output due to the degradation of morals and knowledge in education. The type of research used is a qualitative field research. The subjects in this study were the Principal, Deputy Head of Curriculum, ke-NU-an Teachers and Students. The results of his research include 1) The concept of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah (ASWAJA) which is applied is the concept of mabadi kahoiru ummah and ukhwah nahdliyah. 2) The implementation of the values of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah (ASWAJA) in ke-NU-an learning has three points: first, the implementation of values is tawasut realized in the form of amaliyah yasin and tahlil. Second, the implementation of thevalue is tasamuh realized by inculcating and implementing a high tolerance attitude between religious communities. Third, the implementation ofvalues is tawazun manifested in the form of amaliyah sholawat activities. 3) Evaluation of the implementation of the values of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah (ASWAJA) in ke-NU-an learning referring to KI-1 and KI-2 which was carried out using daily journals to see students' daily activities at the school. School and peer-to-peer assessments to find out student activities outside of school. The evaluation activities are implemented by the school and carried out by the teacher during each semester.
The article was to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on teacher professionalism, the influence of spiritual intelligence on teacher professionalism, and the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on teacher professionalism. The method used descriptive quantitative through data collection techniques questionnaires and interviews. Analyzing data used multiple regression. The result showed that emotional intelligence has an effect on teacher professionalism at Seputih Banyak Madrasah Working Group, Central Lampung Regency. Spiritual intelligence affects the professionalism of teachers in the Working Group of Madrasah Seputih Banyak, Central Lampung Regency.. Emotional intelligence together with spiritual intelligence has an effect on Teacher Professionalism in the Working Group of Madrasah Seputih Banyak, Central Lampung Regency. From the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the significance value for the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence simultaneously (together) on teacher professionalism with F count > F Table with Fcount (18.369) and Ftable (3.18), so it can be interpreted that Fcount (18.369) > Ftable (3.18) it can be concluded that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have an effect on teacher professionalism and the probability value is 0.05 greater and a significant value is 0.000 or a value of 0.05 > 0.000 this it can be concluded that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence are significant to teacher professionalism Keywords : Teacher Profesionalism, Emotional Intelegence, Spiritual Intelegence
