This article aims to determine the effect of education and training on the career development of civil servants at the personnel agency and human resource development in the Sula archipelago district. This study focused on employees of the Personnel & Human Resources Development Agency of the Sula Islands Regency, the sample used was 107 people. Data was collected through a questionnaire, then the variables were measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was done by using multiple regression analysis method. The software used for analysis is SPPS. 20. From the standard estimates for the variables Education (X1), Training (X2), Career Development (Y), an equation can be made, namely Y = 1.977+ 0.308 (X1) + 0.220 (X2)+e. This study concludes that the education variable has a coefficient value of 0.220 and has a significance value of 0.002 variable which is considered constant. The training variable shows a value of 0.220 and has a significance value of 0.021. simultaneously shows that the two variables of education and training have a significance probability of 0.000 which simultaneously affects the career development variable.
The study aims to determine the effect of pay satisfaction, employee job satisfaction, and competence on turnover intention and its impact on the service quality of honorary employees. The research method is quantitative research by the survey through questionnaires. The research sample was honorary employees in the Airport Operational Unit Office of Class III Kol. RA. Bessing Malinau, Tanjung Harapan, and Nunukan who have worked for more than 1 (one) year as many as 85 employees. The sampling technique in this study is a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. This research was conducted in September 2019 to February 2020. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS analysis. The results showed that pay satisfaction and job satisfaction had a significant and positive effect on service quality. Pay satisfaction, job satisfaction, and competence had a significant and negative effect on turnover intention. The turnover intention had a significant and negative effect on service quality. Pay satisfaction had a significant and indirect positive effect on service quality through turnover intention. Job satisfaction and competence did not have a significant indirect effect on service quality through turnover intention. Evaluation of employee satisfaction and competence in the organization is important to be carried out regularly. The most important thing is that this research will contribute to the body of knowledge, especially in human resource management science.
The rationale of this study was to analyze and prove the training effect on the performance of the Civil Service through job satisfaction variables. Type of research is included in explanatory research. The population is all employees of Transmigration and Manpower Office of Bulungan Regency about 55 persons. The number of samples in this study were 55 respondents. The sampling technique performed by using total sampling technique. Data analysis technique used a path analysis approach. The findings showed that training has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In step 1, training is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. In step 2 when training and job satisfaction are regressed together to predict employee performance, training remains significant. Thus job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of training on employee performance.
This study was motivated by the variety of student behavior enjoyed by teachers every day even in the classroom even while the learning process. Still the number of male students, in and out of the classroom, and ultimately manifested in the learning process is not effective even for a fight, the discovery of the students who take the stuff that is not right, suck Glue Fox, persecute so this behavior is classified into students problematic. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Model-Scientific based law approach in troubled students handling at SMPN 17 Kendari;(2) The application of the model-approach based on the positive changes in attitudes and behavior in everyday life. Research Best Practice results are (1) Handling of troubled students through a strategic approach based on scientific studies of all subjects can improve school attendance. Increased student attendance has reached a percentage of 96.87%. Previously while still in grade VIII Semester 2 percentage attendance only reached 64%.(2) Proved that before the application of handling troubled students through a strategic approach based on science and technology. If somebody does something to harm the order, recapitulation violations of discipline students, after the adoption of handling troubled students through a strategic approach to the law based on scientifically proven that there is a diligently arrive at school on time so That it can follow a morning assembly, all already dressed in uniforms that is set by the school, it is rare students who are late to class, so maintaining the cleanliness of the school environment so it does not appear again there Are students who throw garbage anywhere, assignments or homework given by teachers of subjects already done at home and working in groups. Handling troubled students through a strategic approach based law Scientific is a real effort made by SMP Negeri 17 Kendari can create a learning environment that is creative, innovative and fun so that student learning outcomes can be improved.
