O presente trabalho é o resultado de uma análise transtextual, conforme dispõe Genette (2006), do conto “Viagens e Viajantes na História da Literatura”, de João Inácio Padilha (1988). Tal análise é aliada à concepção da dupla estrutura formal do conto, de Ricardo Piglia (2004), aos preceitos da metaficção historiográfica, de Hutcheon (1989), e aos de ficção autobiográfica, de Perrone-Moisés (2016). Esta análise, típica das práticas hipertextuais, permitirá observar como o conto objeto retoma enunciados primeiros para ressignificá-los e recontextualizá-los na construção da sua narrativa. Verificando-se que “Viagens e viajantes na História da Literatura” resulta em uma poética da escrita machadiana que permite repensar a obra do autor de Dom Casmurro como uma narrativa de resistência aos grandes centros hegemônicos, como é o caso da França, para a época do escritor. Machado propunha um encontro dialético entre o que seria uma escrita nacional e universal, negando a obrigatoriedade de uma escrita exótica de cor local para anular a fronteira entre o local e o universal.
Este artigo analisa a tessitura da escrita do Diário da queda (2011), de Michel Laub, que articula o trabalho do narrador com a memória dos seus ascendentes. Eles, pai e avô, deixaram um diário/caderno como um legado. O narrador reinterpreta esse legado, juntamente com a sua memória individual, passada e presente. Assim, age como um arqueólogo do seu passado (Benjamin) para extrair uma verdade, uma experiência (Erfahrung), esculpindo seu próprio futuro. A compreensão do espaço da topografia arqueológica (ao lado da experiência extraída da memória dos ascendentes) é analisada por meio dos conceitos de trauma, memória e pós-memória. Verificou-se no diário do narrador, assim, uma redenção da ruína das memórias como maneira de redimir o passado.
O presente trabalho indaga o modo discursivo de justificação de Otto Dietrich zur Linde, personagem do conto Deutsches Requiem (2009), de Jorge Luis Borges. Evidenciando-se a manifestação de diferentes posições a partir da concepção do atravessamento do outro no discurso, fato que possibilita uma ressignificação que dá sentido à sua justificação e a constituição de sua identidade, pois não há identidade sem sujeito e nem sujeito sem discurso. A análise está balizada pelos construtos da Análise Francesa de Discurso, notadamente pelos estudos de Pêcheux (2002) em diálogo com os estudos de Foucault (1996) e de Authier-Revuz (1990). Por meio da análise do discurso de zur Linde, percebeu-se que a constituição de um indivíduo em sujeito está diretamente ligada à questão do sentido. Notando-se que este processo não se dá de maneira uniforme, sem desvios ou contradições; pelo contrário, o tornar sujeito é um percurso constitutivamente falho, disperso, um caminho aberto ao equívoco.
