Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan kelincahan dengan menggiring bola pada siswa ekstrakulikuler di SMP Negeri 3 Cirebon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti ektrakulikuler sepakbola yang berjumlah 30 orang dan sampel di ambil semua jumlah populasi dikarenakan kurang dari 100 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasi product moment. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisi data tes menggunakan statistik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan korelasi product moment didapat sebesar 0,773 yang berarti menandakan bahwa ada hubungan antara tes kelincahan dengan menggiring bola pada permainan sepakbola. Sedangkan koefisien determinan menyumbangkan 59,75% yang menandakan bahwa ada hubungan antara kelincahan dengan hasil menggiring bola. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan kelincahan dengan menggiring bola pada siswa ekstrakulikuler di SMP Negeri 3 Cirebon”, dapat diterima.
Background: Futsal and soccer are sports that require endurance and good physical fitness. However, the striking difference, especially in terms of the field used, causes various assumptions. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to compare the levels of physical fitness required for futsal and soccer as extracurricular activities. Methods: The Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI), In this study, a survey administered to extracurricular football and futsal players aged 13 to 15 was used as a quantitative method. Male students from two separate schools who were involved in extracurricular activities participated in this study, including soccer at State Junior High School 3 Sukadana, and futsal at Madrasah Tsanawiyah State 1 Pontianak. Applying a purposive sampling strategy to collect the sample, 20 futsal extracurricular students and 20 soccer extracurricular students were obtained. The SPSS version 26 program was used to aid in the data analysis for this investigation. Results: According to the study's findings, the average physical fitness score for soccer extracurricular was 15.1, while the average for futsal extracurricular was 11.75. Additionally, the significance value is 0.000 0.05, demonstrating a significant distinction between football and futsal as extracurricular activities. Conclusion: The study on the degree of physical fitness in extracurricular futsal and football found that there is a big gap. These preliminary results might improve understanding of student fitness developments among exercise professionals.
Background and Study Aim. Maintaining physical fitness is essential to perform daily tasks with the required level of efficiency. By being physically fit to design an ideal training plan. This study aims to determine the profile and differences in the level of physical fitness in futsal extracurricular students in urban and rural environments. Materials and Methods. The method in this study used a quantitative approach through surveys with researchers providing a physical test and measurement (TKJI) for 13-15 year old to futsal extracurricular students. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 11 Pontianak City and SMP Negeri 3 Sukadana, Kayong Utara Regency. Purposive sampling technique in determining the sample so that 40 students were sampled. To see the difference through the normality prerequisite test stage, homogeneity test and t test. Data analysis was assisted by using the SPSS Version 26 application. Results. According to the study findings, the average physical fitness score of futsal extracurriculars in urban areas was 12.50, while the average in rural environments was 15.15. Furthermore, a significant difference between urban and rural extracurricular futsal contexts is shown by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusions. This finding supports the hypothesis that the level of physical fitness necessary for extracurricular futsal varies significantly between urban and rural areas. This study provides evidence that futsal extracurricular students in rural areas have better physical fitness than students in urban areas. These findings can be a reference for sports practitioners to be able to develop exercise programs to improve the physical fitness of children aged 13-15 years, especially for playing futsal.
Introduction: The special test is an instrument that is carried out to select prospective students who have motor skills to be able to take part in sports practice lectures at FIK UNP. However, the grades for athletic practice courses were relatively low, leading to the emergence of various assumptions that the special tests carried out in selecting prospective students had little role. This study aims to see the relationship between the results of special tests with the learning outcomes of basic athletic practice for students majoring in coaching FIK UNP. Materials and methods: This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with a correlation study. The instruments used to obtain specific test results are the wall pass test, Basket Ball Throw, Standing Broad Jump, and Obstacle Race. Furthermore, on the learning outcomes of athletic practice through learning outcome data. This study was conducted on sports education students at FIK UNP using a Total Sampling sampling technique, with a total of 39 students taking basic athletics courses sampled. In terms of data verification, only 33 students were used for analytical computations. The SPSS version 26 application was used to help with the analysis in this investigation. Results: Based on the results of the special test correlation test with the results of the 100-meter run, it is known that the significance value is 0.000 > 0.05, which means there is a significant relationship. The results of the special test with discus throwing results are known, a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05, so there is a significant relationship between the special test and discus throwing results. Furthermore, special tests with the results of basic athletic results are known to have a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05, so there is a significant relationship between the special tests and the results of basic athletic results in students. Conclusion: The results of this study provide evidence that there is a significant relationship between the results of special tests and the learning outcomes of basic athletic practice in FIK UNP students. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran bolavoli pada siswa SD kelas atas yang layak digunakan. Model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan diharapkan untuk digunakan guru SD sebagai salah satu bentuk pembelajaran bolavoli yang baik dan efektif. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan, (2) melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal (draf model), (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (6) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (7) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas 4 dari SD Ngringin Depok Sleman yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas 4 dan 5 dari SD Sarikarya Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 56 anak. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu; (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi model pembelajaran, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan model pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu berupa buku panduan model pembelajaran bolavoli pada siswa sekolah dasar kelas atas, yang berisikan empat model pembelajaran, yaitu: (1) pembelajaran teknik dasar passing bawah, (2) pembelajaran teknik dasar passing atas, (3) pembelajaran teknik dasar servis bawah dan (4) pembelajaran teknik dasar servis atas. Dari hasil penilaian para ahli materi, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran bolavoli yang disusun sangat baik dan efektif, sehingga model pembelajaran layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran bolavoli pada siswa di kelas atas. DEVELOPING VOLLEYBALL LEARNING MODELS FOR STUDENTS OF UPPER CLASS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLSAbstract This research is aimed at producing an adequate and feasible volleyball learning model for stu-dents of upper class of elementary school. This volleyball learning model is developed to help elementary teachers conducting excellent and effective volleyball learning. The research and development (R & D) was carried out by adapting the steps of research development procedure consisting of: (1) collecting information, (2) information analysis, (3) developing initial products (draft model), (4) expert validation and revision, (5) preliminary field test and revision, (6) main field test and revision, and (7) making the final product. The preliminary field test was conducted to 36 students of the fourth grade of Ngringin Elementary School Depok Sleman. The main field test was conducted to 56 students of the fourth and the fifth grade of Sarikarya Elementary School Yogyakarta. Data collection instru-ments used were (1) questionnaire guidelines, (2) rating scale, (3) observation learning model guidelines and (4) guidelines for observation effectiveness of learning model. The data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analyses. The result of this research is a guide book of volleyball learning model for students of upper class of elementary schools. The book contains four learning models namely: (1) basic techniques of forearm passing learning, (2) basic techniques of overhand passing learning, (3) basic forearm serve learning and (4) basic overhand serve learning. Based on some experts’ judgments, it can be concluded that the model of volleyball learning is very well orga-nized and effective.
