Abstract. This article discusses the innovative structures and components of distance learning and education, discusses the results of application of approaches to teaching in the electronic environment based on the proposed andragogic and pedagogical models of teaching in cyberspace, for adult learners, bachelor graduates of "Management" for the training program "Introduction to environmental management systems". This program particularly addresses the role of environmental managers in a company activity, the implementation of ecologically clean technologies. The author proposed an innovative nonlinear andragogic model of learning. The model was mediated by the constructive approach and problem-oriented learning.
This study aims to examine the essence of education monitoring, its place in the higher education management system and the practical implementation of teacher's performance monitoring as a tool to promote the quality of education. The article considers theoretical aspects of monitoring as a tool to promote the quality of education, assesses the performance of the university departments, research and teaching staff and discusses the results and suggestions on how to improve monitoring activities in higher education. Based on their research and findings, the authors claimed that the monitoring of the performance of the university research and teaching staff on the base of an indicator system in terms of education, methodology, research, organization and counselling services would lead to valid conclusions as to the effective performance of both individual researchers and teachers and university departments, in general.
The world we live in today holds some uncertainties. The processes of automation, big data, the digital environment, global crises, and the interconnectedness of international society are changing common technological patterns and the educational system. Among the essential features of competitiveness of teachers in higher education are mobility, digital competencies, adaptability, participation in scientific networks and projects, and continuous acquisition of new technological skills. For this reason, teachers must continuously develop their professional skills to remain competitive and create professionals in higher education. Current conditions are fostering global demand for teachers who produce pedagogical and scientific developments.<br /> This article aims to solve the problem of defining the structure, content, and requirements of scientific and methodological support for higher education teachers’ competitiveness in a digital world in the context of global challenges and risks. Theoretically, the problem is defined by the need for new approaches to explaining the concept of teacher competitiveness and the need to develop a psychological and teaching methodology for training and developing teacher competitiveness. In practice, we conclude that researchers must develop personal, professional, procedural, and technological enhancements to support higher education faculty competitiveness in a digital world.
Objective: The article is devoted to the topical issue of the impact of human resource management on increasing an enterprise's innovative potential to implement the principles of sustainable development. Methods: Through an analysis of scientific literature, the article analyzes the relationship between human resource development and sustainable development and the essence of human resource management for sustainable development. Results: The study identifies the key success factors of an enterprise's innovation activities, which lead to an increase in its innovation potential, and how they relate to human resource management, as well as the basic principles of human resource management based on sustainable development, which promote greater innovation potential of an economic entity. Conclusion: Today human resource management aimed at increasing the innovative potential of an enterprise considering the specifics of its activities and the current socio-economic situation, is a key factor contributing to the achievement of sustainable development principles and the strategic objectives of the enterprise. The authors conclude that human resource management based on the principles of sustainable development acts as a component of the organizational and economic mechanisms of their innovative development.
Abstract. The educational sphere is undergoing significant changes, the focus is on the competitiveness and customer service. This study examined the role of organizational culture, satisfaction of job and education in quality assurance of education and quality service of customers of the University of civil engineering. In this study three measuring methods are applied. The first one focused on the measurement of the components of organizational culture, and the second one evaluated the job satisfaction of employees, the third one measured the level of satisfaction of learners. The workers of the University highly evaluated follow indicators of job satisfaction: the opportunity to be busy all the time, the ability to work alone, the opportunity to do something for others and the ability to perform a various types of work. They gave more importance to the quality of services provided to students, and the importance of these services for the university. The correlation between organizational culture and satisfaction of students was significant. Unlike employees, students showed greater consistency in the positive perception of the university and positively evaluated its activities a whole.
