Continuamos con el análisis de la Resolución de 9 de febrero de 2016, del Instituto de Contabilidad y Auditoría de Cuentas, por la que se desarrollan normas y criterios de registro, valoración y elaboración de las cuentas anuales para la contabilización del impuesto sobre beneficios. En esta ocasión terminamos de analizar lo establecido en el capítulo III sobre los activos y pasivos por impuesto diferido y también los aspectos novedosos de la Ley del Impuesto sobre Sociedades.
El presente artículo está dedicado al estudio de las normas de registro y valoración números 11.ª y 12.ª del PGC, sobre Moneda extranjera y el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido e Impuesto General Indirecto Canario.
En la primera parte del artículo se analizan la valoración inicial de las transacciones en moneda extranjera así como la valoración posterior, prestando especial atención a aquellas partidas cuya valoración se realiza a valor razonable. Por último se hace un análisis de los procesos de conversión de estados financieros presentados en moneda extranjera.
La segunda parte del trabajo está dedicada al análisis de la contabilización del IVA, IGIC y otros impuestos indirectos a partir de los criterios del PGC de 2007.
