Continuamos con el análisis de la Resolución de 9 de febrero de 2016, del Instituto de Contabilidad y Auditoría de Cuentas, por la que se desarrollan normas y criterios de registro, valoración y elaboración de las cuentas anuales para la contabilización del impuesto sobre beneficios. En esta ocasión terminamos de analizar lo establecido en el capítulo III sobre los activos y pasivos por impuesto diferido y también los aspectos novedosos de la Ley del Impuesto sobre Sociedades.
El presente trabajo está dedicado al estudio del tratamiento contable de los ingresos por ventas y prestaciones de servicios y de las existencias en el nuevo PGC 2007. En ambos casos, en primer lugar, se recuerda el tratamiento contable de estas partidas en el PGC de 1990. A continuación, se aborda el estudio del nuevo PGC y se examinan los conceptos que están relacionados con los dos Planes según el Marco Conceptual, presentando, seguidamente, esquemas de las normas de registro y valoración 10.ª y 14.ª del PGC. En cuanto al tratamiento contable de los ingresos, se contemplan los aspectos comunes a los ingresos por ventas y prestaciones de servicios, exponiendo, posteriormente, la normativa específica de cada uno de estos dos tipos de ingresos. Se analizan la definición, los criterios de reconocimiento y la valoración de los ingresos en el nuevo PGC, señalando las diferencias existentes con la normativa anterior, realizándose una comparación, dentro del cuadro de cuentas, de las cuentas dedicadas a los ingresos en los dos planes contables, estableciendo su localización dentro de los estados financieros que constituyen las cuentas anuales. El trabajo se completa con numerosos ejemplos prácticos con objeto de aclarar los conceptos teóricos expuestos en la Norma, resolviendo incluso algunos en doble versión: con la normativa del PGC 1990 y con la del PGC 2007. Con respecto a las existencias, el estudio se ha realizado de forma similar, es decir, analizando el tratamiento contable en el PGC 1990 y en el nuevo PGC, prestando especial atención a su valoración inicial y posterior, y resaltando las novedades más importantes que aporta de la norma de registro y valoración 10.ª.
