Under the bill of quantities pricing model, the price of the contract is determined in advance, making the focus of enterprise project cost management be to control the expenditure of construction costs on the premise of established revenue, reduce the risks brought about by the bill of quantities pricing model, strengthen cost control, give play to the advantages of strategic cost management, and ultimately minimize project risks to maximize the benefits obtained by the enterprise. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the cost control and cost management process of construction enterprises under the bill of quantities pricing mode, and proposes corresponding solutions based on the existing problems, hoping to increase the profits of enterprises from cost control and improve their market competitiveness.
Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle power generation technology is recognized as one of the important future development directions of clean power generation. Taking a large-scale IGCC power plant as the research object, the operating strategy of single unit tripping in multi-units was discussed in this paper. Gasification unit and air separation unit shall ramp down and balance with various gas demand in 1–2 minutes after one-unit trips. Duct burners of heat recovery steam generator can be used to produce more steam and increase steam turbines output subsequently. New stabilized power output can be reached within 20 minutes after the tripping.
In the Saudi Master Gas System Expansion project, the portal frame of the overhead line of the high-voltage substation was reformed. The safety and stability of the laying of the high-voltage cable was guaranteed through the optimized design of the supporting structure and the production of the high-voltage cable head. Good practical results have been obtained, the construction quality and period have been guaranteed. It provides a guiding and operational statement for the improved technology of portal frame of overhead line in high-voltage substation.
