The problem discussed in this study is how Rinso try to influence consumer purchasing decisions by taking advantage through meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth in taking the position of detergents that can maintain color quality through Rinso Color. This study uses Barthes Semiology theory, with descriptive qualitative research methods. The object of research is color, which can be concluded from this analysis, if color is a form to showed how is the character of a personality. Personality that wants to be formed through color, is another effort that needs to be done through Rinso Color. It can be seen that the preparation of aspects of advertising represents all aspects of both character, tagline, diction, to the target market of Rinso which is part of the total branding terminology in integrated marketing communication. Pandemi covid-19 membawa dampak yang cukup besar disegala aspek kehidupan baik sosial, budaya, pendidikan dan ekonomi. Begitu juga dengan para pelaku UMKM. Tak terkecuali kegiatan penjualan tanaman hias pada usaha tanaman hias ”Hafiz Flower ” yang berada di Lorong Satria Kelurahan sungai buah yang merasakan penjualan tanaman hias menurun. Jika sebelumnya dapat diperoleh permintaan grosir tanaman hingga 8 kali dalam 1 minggu, kini menurun menjadi 1 kali atau bahkan tidak ada permintaan dalam 1 minggu. Untuk membantu memberikan alternatif penjualan, tim mengusulkan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan digital marketing kepada pelaku UMKM usaha tanaman hias. Digital marketing dalam hal ini adalah dengan cara menandai lokasi bisnis dan memberi informasi bisnis di google map, memperluas pemasaran melalui instagram, dan membuat katalog di WhatsApp bisnis. Berbagai solusi pemasaran digital yang ditawarkan membantu penyebaran informasi produk dan jasa para pelaku tanaman hias lebih luas sehingga penjualan akan kembali meningkat. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan para anggota komunitas petani tanaman hias tentang manfaat digital marketing yang dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja. Sehingga, penjualan dan pendapatan para pelaku Usaha tanaman hias diharapkan dapat semakin meningkat tidak hanya selama pandemi, namun juga di masa yang akan datang setelah pandemi berakhir
The development of Information Technology today has brought many changes in various fields of human life. One of them is the field of transportation services. The existence of online transportation is slowly shifting the use of conventional public transportation. Online Transportation is a transportation service that utilizes network technology, which is based on the internet network in carrying out all its transaction activities. The increasing number of users of online transportation services is an option for the public to use these services based on satisfaction with the services provided to their customers. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of online transportation users using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Method and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results showed that the level of user satisfaction measured by the CSI method showed a satisfaction index of 0.7728 or 77.28%, which means that the satisfaction index value of online transportation users is on the criteria of "Satisfied". Measurements using the IPA method show that there are three attributes that are at the top priority, seven attributes that need to be maintained, five attributes that have low priority and four attributes that have excess performance.
