Este artículo describe el proceso de creación y diseño de una serie de actividades destinadas al aprendizaje del léxico de la gestión hotelera en lengua francesa en contexto profesional. El formato elegido para enmarcar dichas actividades es la WebQuest que, basada en los principios del socioconstructivismo, promueve entre otros, el aprendizaje por descubrimiento. Aplicando, además, una metodología de investigación en acción, se presentan los resultados obtenidos tras su utilización por estudiantes universitarios de francés de especialidad. Las conclusiones obtenidas permiten: (1) comprobar la adecuación y efectividad de la herramienta creada, (2) reflexionar sobre la idoneidad o adaptabilidad de este tipo de herramientas web o metodologías de aprendizaje de lenguas según los diferentes contextos y (3) confirmar que la utilización de las TIC combinada con metodologías activas redunda positivamente en la práctica docente y en la preparación de futuros profesionales del turismo y de otros ámbitos específicos con garantías de calidad.
The universal declaration of the unesco on the cultural diversity of 2001 explicitly show, among others, the right of the citizens to express, create and spread their works in the language of their choice, the right to an education and a quality formation that respect completely their cultural identity and the right to take part of the cultural life of their choice. In this paper we present some multilingual initiatives in the cyberspace that fight day after day for the respect and the defense of the fundamental rights of the languages and the cultures, despite its minority use, opposite to the linguistic imperialism, promoting in addition, the communication of the science and the research through them.

AbstractThe websites that we have selected in this digital note attempt to respond to the necessity of normalising citation of electronic documents, particularly those from the Internet, which are more and more frequently used as source of information.
