The problem of integration of folk art and, in particular, instrumental art, into the works of Chinese composers of the 20th and 21st centuries, in the light of the above-mentioned phenomena, is relevant, comprehensive and, to a certain extent, inexhaustible for the researchers of the world musicological science. This was a factor that prompted disclosure of the topic in the publication in question, which was at the same time the reason for writing the study. Its relevance stems from the importance of a deep understanding of such a phenomenon as folk instrumental art and its implementation in compositional practice. The purpose of this study is to investigate the process of integrating folklore (its instrumental branch) into professional academic music of China. The main methods for achieving this, are the principles and approaches chosen here to review, collect, study and a certain systematic compilation of sources relating to Chinese music in general, as well as its folk-instrumental field – in particular. The result of the activities undertaken is the categories of all the sectors of the problem under consideration, derived from the research process. They form a coherent structure of systems such as musical language (means of musical expression) and ways of processing folklore sources. The tables and the figure-chart illustrate this aspect. There is a considerable number of different scholarly judgments, perspectives of specialists who have addressed in their research activities the issue of integrating folk instrumental art into the works of Chinese composers of the 20th and 21st centuries. However, the problem of integrating folk instrumental art into the works of Chinese composers of the 20th and 21st centuries, as a holistic and comprehensive phenomenon, requires its own deep and comprehensive research. This fact determines the practical significance of the present study. It also demonstrates the promising nature of scientific knowledge in this field in the future.
Background and aim: Autoantibody production are the main risk factors for inflammation of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). This study aimed to investigate differences in B lymphocyte subsets (native B, memory B, and plasmablasts) and several cytokines in RA patients and their correlation with the clinical parameters. Methods In total, 81 RA patients (active RA and inactive RA) and 40 healthy subjects were recruited between September 2018 and October 2020. The distribution of B lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood samples was measured via flow cytometry and the plasma cytokines were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to evaluate the value of each index for RA diagnosis and activity prediction. Results The percentages of native B and memory B cells in RA patients did not differ significantly from the percentages of those in healthy controls. However, the percentage of plasmablasts in active RA patients was significantly higher compared with healthy subjects and inactive RA patients. The percentage of plasmablasts was significantly related to C reaction protein. ROC curve analysis showed that when the best cutoff value of plasmablasts/B cell was 1.08%, the area under the curve (AUC) for diagnosing APN was 0.831 (95% CI 0.748ཞ0.915), the specificity was 91.4%, and the sensitivity was 67.5%. Conclusion In conclusion, the percentage of plasmablast varies among RA patients in different stages. The percentage of plasmablasts can be used as an early diagnosis marker for RA.

Peripheral circulating B-lymphocytes and B-lymphocytes in the bone marrow (BM) show different responses to lymphotoxic or immunosuppressive agents. We explored the existence of a dysregulated distribution of B-lymphocytes between peripheral and BM compartments and the underlying mechanisms. The percentage of CXC chemokine receptor 4+ B (CXCR4+ B) cells was decreased in the peripheral blood (PB) and increased in the BM of MRL/lpr mice and SLE patients. CXC chemokine ligand 12 (CXCL12) production by BM osteoblasts (OBs) derived from MRL/lpr mice and SLE patients was higher than that obtained with C57BL/6 mice or healthy subjects. MRL/lpr-derived OBs demonstrated stronger chemotactic ability toward B-lymphocytes than control OBs, and more B-lymphocytes colocalized with OBs within the periosteal zone in MRL/lpr mice. Moreover, the CXCR4+ B cell percentages were negatively correlated with the serum immunoglobulin G concentration, and the BM CXCL12 levels were positively correlated with the systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index score and anti-double stranded DNA titer and negatively correlated with the serum complement 3 concentration. In conclusion, our results indicate a shifted distribution of B-lymphocytes between the BM and peripheral compartments in SLE patients and MRL/lpr mice and that the upregulation of CXCL12 in OBs likely contributes to enhanced chemotactic migration and anchorage of B-lymphocytes to OBs.
