Taking the subway shield tunnel of Dagengjia Station to Longchuan Road Station of the first phase of Harbin Rail Transit Line 2 as the background, the freezing construction scheme and construction of the interval connecting-passage were introduced. The analysis and monitoring data show that the maximum settlement of the ground caused by the construction of the freezing method is -5mm, the maximum ridge is 6.12mm; the maximum settlement of the underground pipeline is -5.51mm; the maximum settlement of the connecting-passage is -7.13mm, the convergence value The maximum is 1.80mm, which is less than the construction control value and meets the construction requirements.
Based on the background of the Suzhou Metro Line 3 crossing the Line 1 operating tunnel, the finite element software MIDAS/GTS was used to perform 3D model and simulate the construction of the shield tunnel. The influence of shield tunnel penetration before and after strengthening on operating tunnels is studied. The research results show that the maximum settlement of the operating tunnel caused by underpass construction without reinforcement is 11.64mm, which exceeds the control value of 10mm, and deformation control measures must be taken. After reinforcement, the maximum settlement of the soil around Line 3 is only 5.65mm, the reduction of settlement about 50%, and the settlement control effect is obvious, which shows that it is feasible to take deformation control measures for pre-reinforcement of the soil around the tunnel.
Taking the project of long-large shield tunnel with low gas in Xingtian section of Chengdu Metro Line 18 as an example, A new construction ventilation method is established, which includes: the main tunnel ventilation with axial fans installed at the entrance of the tunnel and the local ventilation with jet fans installed in the shield and at the upper part of the bridge and the top of the 4# trailer for the rear supporting system; the connecting passage ventilation with a jet fan installed on the wall; the crossing ventilation with a jet fan installed in the middle of tunnel. The ventilation technology for safe construction of Metro long-large shield tunnel with low gas is established after detailed calculation of the fan selection, which is applied to finish safely and quickly construction task, and which provides reference for similar projects in the future.
