Etude cinbtique de I'hydrolyse (l) des amides aliphatiques. I1 Melle DE ROO et A. BRUYLANTS (Louvnin) Rksu~E. -Les auteurs ont fait une Btude cinbtique de l'hydrolyse en milieu acide et en milieu basique de huit amides aliphatiques saturhes. Ce sont l'isobutane-, 1 'isopentane-, l'isohexanamide, caractkriskes par un groupe isopropyle terminal ; la 2,2'-dimBthylpropanamide, la 8,3'-dimBthylbutanamide, la 4,4'-dimhthylpentanamide, qui se terminent par un groupe tertiobutyle ; la 2-mhthylbutanamide et l'heptanamide n. Les vitesses de ces rQactions ont BtB dbterminbes sur un large intervalle de tempbrature de 50 21 950 C. On en a dBduit les constantes cinbtiques, k, E et 1' . En comparant les donnBes ainsi obtenues avec celles qui sont relatives aux amides non ramifibes, BtudiBes anthrieurement, on a pu constater que la substitution de la chaPne hydrocarbonbe par un poupe alcoyle en a et en p de la fonction amide exerce un effet inhibiteur sur la vitesse d'hydrolyse. En caracthrissnt les amides par leur degr6 de substitution, qui est la somme des substituants en a et en p ( 2a,@), on observe que les amides se rangent en cat6gories. Dans la premiere viennent lee amides dont -a, p vaut 0, 1 ou 2 ; les Bnergies d'activation pour celles-ci valent en moyenne 17,8 kcal en milieu wide et 14,O kcal en milieu basique ; dans la seconde catkgorie, carscthrisBe par Xa, p = 3, les Bnergies d'activation sont En+ = 19.1 kcal et EoH-= 15.6 kcal ; dans la derniere catkgorie, pour laquellea, p = 4, les Bnergies d'activation valent 21 ,I kcal et 17,9 kcal respectivement en milieu acide et en milieu basique.
