Introduction: Macroscopic fungi are simple plants that are often found growing wild in the wild. This study aims to determine the types of macroscopic fungi, to recognize the beneficial and harmful macroscopic fungi in Batang Gadis National Park Resort Area 7. Materials and Methods: A descriptive survey method with deliberate sampling using line transects, namely using a plot with a size of 20 m x 20 m as many as 36 plots and the distance of each plot is 10 m. Results: Found in 32 types of macroscopic fungi were obtained which belong to 11 families, such as: Polyporaceae, Ganodermatacea, Marasmiaceae, Stereaceae, Hygrophoraceae, Amanitaceae, Tricholomataceae, Russulaceae, Auriculariaceae, Sparassidaceae, and Psathyellaceae. The diversity index (H') of macroscopic fungi was 2.92 (medium). There are three types of macroscopic fungi that are consumed by the human in Sopotinjak Village as food and traditional medicine, and seven types that are not consumed because they contain toxins. There are 22 other species, namely Trametes cimulata, Lentinus tigrinus (Bull) Fr, Polyporus sp., Hygrophorus psittacinus, Trymyces sp., Hygrophorus aurantica (Wulfen), Polyporus sp.2, Collybia sp., Russula sp., Trametes sp.1, Ganoderma sp, Trametes sp.2, Stereum sp., Lignosus rhinocerus, Trametes versicolor (L), Trametes sp.3, Sparasis crispa (Wulfen), Hygrocybe conica (Schaeff), Polyporus sp.3, Trametes sp.4, Stereum hirsutum (Willd) Gray, Microporus xanthopus (Fr) Kuntze, and Tametes sp.5.
This study aims to determine the effect of project-based learning (PBL) model on the creative thinking skills of class XI science students at MAN 1 Tapanuli Tengah on cell material. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research with data collection techniques are tests and non-tests that are carried out to measure students' creative thinking abilities. The sample in this study amounted to 2 classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Data analysis used in the form of instrument calibration, data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The results of Mann Whitney's hypothesis test on SPSS version 26 obtained a probability value (Asymp. Sig.) 0.116 < 0.05, Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no significant difference in each aspect of creative thinking ability between the control class and the experimental class. The results showed that the percentage of creative thinking ability of the experimental class was 60% and the control class was 50% with the criteria of moderate creative thinking ability. The conclusion in this study is that there is no significant effect of the application of project-based learning on students' creative thinking skills in cell material in class XI IPA MAN 1 Tapanuli Tengah.
Eradicating rice pests in South Kualuh is difficult to do optimally, because most farmers do not understand the types of pests that attack their rice plants. The objective of this study was to obtain information about the type of pest insects in rice plants and to find out the diversity index of insect pests in rice plants. This research was conducted using trap method and collection of insects was done using a insect net. Observation data was analised using Shanon Wiener (H) diversity / diversity index. The result showed 13 types of pest insects which belongs to 10 families. That is Tettigonia sp.(Linnaeus, 1758), Sogatella furcifera (Horváth, 1899), Nephotettix virescens (Distant, 1908), Cofana spectra (Distant, 1908), Atractomorpha crenulata (Fabricius, 1793), Erotides sp.(Laporte, 1836), Leptocorisa acuta (Thunberg, 1783), Aulacophora indica (Gmelin, 1790), Chrysochus cobaltinus (LeConte, 1857), Silba capsicarum (McAlpine, 1956), Hercostomus germanus (Wiedemann, 1817), Cnaphalocrosis medinalis (Guenée, 1854), Scirpophaga incertulas (Walker, 1863). The diversity index of rice pest insects was categorized as moderate with a value of 2,35 and a dominance index of 0,108. This value indicates that the distribution of species is evenly distributed so that no insect species dominates in the area.
