Anemia is a medical condition where hemoglobin levels are less than normal. Normal levels of hemoglobin differ in men and women. For men, anemia is usually defined as a hemoglobin level of less than 13.5 grams / 100 ml and in women a hemoglobin of less than 12.0 grams / 100ml. From the results of a preliminary study conducted at SMAN 5 Kediri in 2019, the results of 10 students interviewed and examination of Hb levels found that 6 (60%) students were anemic. The contributing factor is the lack of iron intake that is absorbed by the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumption of dragon fruit (Hylocereus) on hemoglobin levels in class X students with anemia at SMAN 5 Kediri in 2019.The research design used was a pre-experimental study. The population studied was all class X students with anemia at SMAN 5 Kediri in 2019 with an accidental sampling technique obtained by a sample of 15 people. The instrument used was an observation sheet, Β-Hemoglobin hemoque, dragon fruit (Hylocereus). The research results were analyzed using Paired Sample T Test statistics Based on the results of statistical tests using the Paired Sample T Test, P value = 0,000 <α 0.05, which means that there is an influence of consumption of dragon fruit (Hylocereus) on hemoglobin in female students with anemia in SMAN 5 Kediri in 2019. The administration of dragon fruit is expected to increase hemoglobin levels in female students with anemia in SMAN 5 Kediri and maintain the intake of food consumed daily, especially by taking into account the types of nutrients including iron so that the incidence of anemia is resolved and the level of health level increases.
: Rehydration therapy aims to replace the volume of circulating tissue perfusion due to hyperosmolarity in crisis hyperglycemia patients. The administration of fluid therapy to patients with crisis hyperglycemia can trigger cerebral edema due to the mechanism of decreased osmolarity in cerebral tissue. Efforts to monitor the emergence of cerabral edema with MAE monitoring. MAE is an indicator of CPP if there is a drastic increase in MAP which will result in an increase in CPP and increase the risk of cerebral edema. This study aims to determine the difference in MAP in hyperglycemic crisis patients with fluid rehydration therapy from the first minute of administration to the last minute of administration by accumulating the amount of fluid given in that time period. A retrospective comparative category research design. The study sample consisted of 28 respondents. Based on data analysis using repeated anova, there was a difference in MAP in hyperglycemic crisis patients who received fluid rehydration therapy from the lowest amount to the highest number during therapy. Changes in the value of MAP in this study for all the amount of therapy in the normal range starting from the MAP before the therapy approaching the less or minimum value until MAP at the end of therapy at the maximum limit of the normal value of MAP. This indicates that the administration of therapy in this study will increase the amount of body fluid volume and increase in MAP without causing signs of cerebral edema. Keyword : Rehydration Therapy, MAP (Mean Arterial Pressure), hyperglycemia crisisAbstrak : Terapi rehidrasi bertujuan untuk mengganti volume sirkulasi perfusi jaringan akibat adanya hiperosmolaritas pada pasien hiperglikemia krisis.
Mefenamic acid is anti-inflammation non-steroid, which can hamper prostaglandin synthesis in the body tissue by hampering the siklooxigen enzyme. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Mefenamic acid toward the follicles development and progesterone level. This research is an experimental laboratory method. The subject of the research divided into five groups randomly selected and have been homogenized — one group as a control group and others as an experimental group with various dosages of Mefenamic acid treatment. The data is analyzed using a one-way Anova test. The results of this research are confirmed the significant difference of Grafian follicles, yellowish corpus luteum and progesterone level as the influence of Mefenamic acid. While there was no significant difference in tertiary follicles development. The decrease of corpus luteum is caused by Mephenamic acid activity to hamper the prostaglandin synthesis in the body tissue by hampering the siklooxigen enzyme. The prostaglandin can make follicles swelling and cause follicles fracture and make ovulation. The granulosis cell will make corpus luteum, which secreted progesterone hormone. Mefenamic acid was proven to avoid ovulation that blocked the formation of yellowish corpus luteum resulting in decreased blood progesterone level.

Rhodamine b is misused as a food coloring. Excessive use is certainly harmful to health. The purpose of this study proves that Rhodamine b can reduce the number of primary follicles in the ovaries of white rats. The design of this study is true experimental with Post Test only control group design. Sample in the research used were female white rats (Rattus norvegicus) aged 2-3 months with a bodyweight of 150-250 grams in the amount of 10 animals which were divided into 2 groups: negative control group, positive control group. Rhodamine b is given for 36 days at a dose of 18 mg / 200 gr orally. The number of primary follicles is calculated by HE staining. Data were analyzed and conducted One Way Anova test. The results showed that the administration of Rhodamine b significantly reduced the number of primary follicles in the ovaries of white rats. This is because rhodamine b is capable of binding with halogen compounds which are reactive so that it can damage cells. Based on the results of the analysis showed that Rhodamine b can reduce the number of primary follicles in the ovaries of the white rat.
