RESUMO:O presente estudo propõe uma nova rota de produção de óxido de grafeno reduzido (rGO), empregando agentes antioxidantes presentes no suco da laranja-pera. Os agentes redutores presentes no suco da laranja natural e processado possuem importantes substâncias bioativas com função antioxidante, tais como: ácido ascórbico e naringenina. Diante disso, para a produção do rGO, foram preparadas amostras de óxido de grafeno (GO) com suco de laranjapera in natura e processado, bem como a mistura dos dois sucos (in natura e processado) e da naringenina. Em etapa posterior, essas amostras foram submetidas à redução termoquímica. Por fim, realizou-se uma análise de microscopia eletrônica de varredura (MEV) com intuito de analisar a morfologia e microestrutura do rGO obtido, permitindo, assim, inferir sobre a efetividade do processo de redução, revelando que essa rota sustentável é viável para a obtenção do óxido de grafeno reduzido.
