Most BMTs in Jepara City experience problematic financing, the high level of NPF (Non Performing Financing) on average reaches above 26%, even though BMT health requires no more than 5%, this is very risky. Failure to repay financing, if not addressed immediately, will have a negative impact on BMT, poor financial performance and a more serious threat to the survival of BMT. This research is to find out the causes of problematic financing and how to solve it. By using a qualitative descriptive study. 12 BMTs in Jepara City who are members of the NU Citizens' Sharia Cooperative Association (Askowanu) as research objects. From the results of the study, the main factors causing non-performing financing are because customers have difficulty paying installments due to non-current businesses, lack of skills in running a business, use of funds that are not in accordance with planning, loan funds are often used for something unproductive, borrower delinquency, from the start. had bad intentions in applying for financing. The existence of these problems is seen from the perspective of Islamic Entrepreneurship, of course it is not appropriate. The strategy for solving problem financing carried out by BMT is through rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring, another strategy is through the NU organizational path, by means of a personal approach. In the future, to overcome these problems, intensive assistance and supervision is needed as well as providing an understanding of Islamic entrepreneurs who prioritize honesty and trust.
Multicultural Islamic Education Paradigm is an Islamic teaching that emphasizes tolerance, harmony, moderation, and open dialogue in diversity. The reality of the pluralistic Indonesian nation requires a paradigm that can knit diversity. Multicultural Islamic Education is one means that can understand a diverse society about the importance of mutual understanding and cooperation in managing the sustainability of the coastal environment. In essence, beach tourism is also an instrument for scientific activities, beach tourism has an active role as an educational instrument and a playing media. This study aims to find the implementation of the values ??of Multicultural Islamic Religious Education through edu-ecotourism to support religious education, mediation of horizontal social conflicts. The implementation of these values ??is a strategy for developing the community Paku Lima in Mandaran Hamlet, Pesisir Village, Besuki District, Situbondo Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with a qualitative approach that is applied using in-depth interviews and group depth interviews. Determination of informants was done by purposive sampling, the number of respondents was 20 people from the association committee and 10 people from the surrounding community. Data were analyzed and analyzed using an interactive model using the theory of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, namely: (1) data condensation, (2) presentation of data, and (3) drawing conclusions. Based on the results and data analysis, it was concluded that the implementation of PAIM values ??through edu-ecotourism was effectively applied through the community association, especially considering the complexity of problems arising from ethnic diversity and interests between groups. The strategy of developing the association by combining PAIM-oriented education with edu-ecotourism makes the association a vehicle for harmony and also as a mediator in resolving the problem of horizontal conflicts between ethnic communities

The development of education that is increasingly contemporary and the demands of todays era cannot be denied, marked by the rapid development of information technology. Which has produced significant changes. Therefore, information technology as a basis for the development of multicultural Islamic education institutions is very important if implemented, because it will make it easier for institutions to move forward. We use this opportunity as a golden opportunity for institutional development. The research used is qualitative. Information technology is very useful for institutional development, namely the existence of institutional content, utilizing the media as an integrated data bank for each division, as a media teamword, providing a special website for new student registration, and having a special institutional website to facilitate user access.
The purpose of this article is to analyze the behavior of the Islamic entrepreneur Abdurrahman ibn Auf based on the teaching of the Quran. Abdurrahman ibn Auf was an entrepeneur and a businessman who lived in the time of the Prophet. The clear-cut definition of entrepreneur term has not been found until now, so research on entrepreneurship remains relevant. The backbone of this study is the Quran, as it provides a deeper understanding based on what is contained in the Quran. Therefore, this article attempts to answer how is Abdurrahman ibn Auf’s manner in Islamic entrepreneur based on the study of the Quran? This research has to be done taking into account the fact that the current development of large corporations requires business research directly from the Quran for reference and facts about Islamic figures. This study uses library research methods and examines relevant scholarly articles as data sources. The results of this study contain a few basic verses about entrepreneurship. This verse is related to the attitude of business participants when conducting business. Finally, the concept of Islamic entrepreneur will be very suitable for application as it contains two meanings, Hablumminannas and Hablumminallah, as the attitude of Abdurrahman ibn Auf, who always adheres to the values in the verses of the QuranKarya tulis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perilaku Islamic Entrepeneur Abdurrahman bin Auf dalam kajian al-Qur’an. Abdurrahman bin Auf merupakan seorang entrepreneur yang hidup pada zaman Rasulullah. Pemaknaan entrepeneur hingga detik ini belum menemukan istilah yang paling spesifik, sehingga kajian tentang entrepeneur masih relevan untuk dilakukan. Sandaran utama kajian ini adalah terhadap al-Qur’an, karena untuk memberikan pengertian yang jauh dan mendalam sesuai dengan apa yang terkadung di dalam al-Qur’an. Maka karya tulis ini berusaha menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana perilaku Islamic Entrepeneur Abdurrahman bin Auf dalam kajian al-Qur’an? Penelitian ini perlu dilakukan mengingat saat ini perkembangan usaha yang semakin besar akan membutuhkan kajian entrepeneur yang secara langsung diambil dari al-Qur’an sebagai rujukan serta spesifikasi terhadap seorang tokoh Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dan menelaah artikel ilmiah yang relevan sebagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat beberapa ayat dasar dalam berwirausaha. Ayat tersebut berkorelasi dengan sikap para pelaku usaha dalam menjalankan aktivitas usahanya. Pada akhirnya konsep wirausaha berbasis Islam akan sangat tepat untuk diterapkan, karena mengandung dua implikasi yakni hambumminannas dan hablumminallah, sebagaimana sikap Abdurrahman bin Auf yang senantiasa berpegang teguh terhadap nilai dalam ayat Al-Qur’an.
