This study explains about compensation and its effect on employee performance, where the spirit of work is used as a mediation variable. The method used in this study is a case study on the employee of educational institutions in Purwokerto. Questionnaires were administered to 74 employees from the management level to the staff level as respondents. Data analysis techniques used are the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that Compensation has a significant positive effect on Spirit of work, Spirit of work has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Compensation has not a significant effect on Employee Performance and Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Spirit of work.
This study explain about the effect employee engagement and emotional intelligence on organizational commitment where job satisfaction is used as mediation variable. The method used in this study is case study on employee of Islamic education institution in Purwokerto. Questionnaires were administered to 100 employees from the management level to the staff level as the respondent. The analysis PLS (Partial Least Square) were used in this study. The results showed that Employee Engagement has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Emotional Intelligence has significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The results also showed that Job Satisfaction and Emotional Intelligence has no significant effect to organizational commitment, Employee Engagement has significant effect on organizational commitment. And the result showed that Job Satisfaction cannot mediate between Employee Engagement on Organizational Commitment, also cannot mediate Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Commitment.
Perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia saat ini sangatlah cepat, dan mampu membantu pemerintah dalam rangka perbaikan perekonomian nasional. Hal ini dikarenakan sebagaian besar, usaha yang ada khususnya UMKM adalah usaha kecil dan menengah yang mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dan serta mampu menafaatkan sumberdaya khususnya masyarakat sekitar. Keberhasilan UMKM tentu membutuhkan perencanaan yang matang. Tanpa perencanaan, tidak akan mengethaui arah mana bisnis akan dijalankan, dengan kata lain tanpa tujuan yang jelas. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat (IbM) ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian yang terkoordinir dari tim SWA (Sekolah Wirausaha Aisyiyah) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Penyusunan Business Plan bagi UMKM sangat diperlukan apalagi untuk para pelaku UMKM baru. Sebuah bisnis baru sangat sulit berkembang jika hanya dijalankan tanpa sebuah panduan dan rancangan. Maka dari itu kami akan membantu meningkatkan kompetensi UMKM agar dapat mengembangkan usaha melalui penyusunan sebuah rencana bisnis yang tepat. Dengan harapan bisnis para pelaku UMKM dapat terarah dan berorientasi pada target sesuai dengan jalan yang benar demi menuju kesukesan bisnis. Hasil dari program IbM ini adalah: para peserta dari anggota Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah (PCA) Purwokerto Selatan memiliki kemampuan dan pengetahuan terkait dengan rencana bisnis bagi UMKM. Kegiatan IbM dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan dan pendampingan.

- This study aims to describe the influence of leadership style and organizational culture with the mediating variables of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study uses a case study method for employees of educational institutions in Purwokerto. Respondents in this study were 74 employees from management level to staff level. PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 is the analysis technique used in this study. The results obtained are first, Leadership Style has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Second, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Third, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Based on the research results prove that Job Satisfaction can only mediate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment while the relationship between Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment cannot be mediated by Job Satisfaction.

Perkembangan digital marketing yang sangat pesat bermula sejak penggunaan internet yang tinggi, dikarenakan dengan adanya kehadiran smartphone dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau. Digital marketing merupakan pemanfaatan semua sumber daya yang ada pada internet yang digunakan sebagai tempat pemberi informasi terkait produk-produk yang akan dijual. Penjualan produk saat ini senantiasa menggunakan metode elektronik (e-commerce) termasuk di dalamnya terdapat ektivitas pemasaran, pembelian dan distribusi. Tim IbM membekali siswa SMA Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Zam-Zam dengan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan keahlian terkait dengan digital marketing serta praktek langsung dalam pembuatan akun/wadah untuk digital marketing, selain itu siswa juga diberikan materi dalam bentuk modul yang diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi seluruh siswa.

Abstract. The development of digital marketing has started since the high use of the internet, due to the presence of smartphones at very affordable prices. Digital marketing is the utilization of all available resources on the internet that are used as a place to provide information regarding the products to be sold. Product sales currently use electronic methods (e-commerce) including marketing, purchasing and distribution activities. The IbM team equips Zam-Zam Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) High School students with entrepreneurial knowledge and expertise related to digital marketing as well as hands-on practice in creating accounts/containers for digital marketing, besides that students are also given material in the form of modules which are expected to be useful for all student.
