Organization and realization of scientific research on adults with multiple disabilities (on the example of deaf-blind people) abroad -possibilities and limitations Summary Scientific research on adults with multiple disabilities (for example: deaf-blind) are highly complicated when it comes to their completion, and organizational aspects. Additionally, in many cases, they require the use of non-verbal methods of communication, adequate to the methods, that research study subjects use. The realization of scientific research on adults, with multiple disability, abroad is determined not only by mental, or financial aspects, but also the need to implement an additional participant -the translator, or so called translatorguide. In the text of the article possible limitations regarding organization and realization of the scientific research on adult deaf-blind people abroad are highlighted, as well as the unquestionable possibilities in the stricte scientific context, and the merits concerning the researcher.
The past pro-inclusive actions and solutions in the education of people with disabilities, often can be perceived as highly positive, but, at the same time, they should lead to a critical and reflective approach towards them as well as their consequences. In addition to the undoubted qualities, the article also points out their weaknesses and limitations that are primarily expressed in the totalization of organizational solutions and excessive dissemination, as well as reducing the quality of the pedagogue and teacher education. The above mentioned issues generate a need for fast, corrective actions in the Polish education system. The issue of cultural development, cultural development, perception of art, which is part of human cultural development, is an important issue in the field of possible theoretical analyzes and related practical activities. One of the psychological concepts in which reflections on signaled relationships are present is the concept proposed by the Russian psychologist L.S. Vygotsky. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to point out the selected theses from the views of the learned scientist on the broadly understood issue of cultural development of human beings in connection with the historical and cultural development of humanity as well as factors determining that development.Keywords: culture, art, cultural development, cultural development, L.S.
