A pandemia da COVID-19 impôs à Educação uma alteração radical e abrupta de seus processos pedagógicos. Este artigo investiga como a cultura digital e os recursos pedagógicos digitais foram articulados no Ensino Remoto de Emergência mediante um Survey aplicado a 502 docentes da Educação Básica e Ensino Superior público e privado do Estado da Bahia. O estudo revela que aexperiência vivenciada permite vislumbrar uma nova dinâmica da cultura digital nos processos educativos pós-pandêmicos a partir das aprendizagens dos docentes em relação ao uso das tecnologias digitais de informação e comunicação em sua prática pedagógica, configurando um novo cenário para os recursos pedagógicos digitais na Educação.
A proposta de pesquisa em tela pretende mapear e analisar as relações atuais existentes entre os campos investigativos da prática pedagógica dos professores e das tecnologias, mais especificamente a relação entre as práticas experienciadas e vivenciadas nas salas de aula do ensino superior e o “domínio” das tecnologias para formação no contexto universitário. Compreendemos que esse campo de pesquisa em particular – prática pedagógica e as tecnologias – é muito amplo e explorado em diversas vertentes e encaminha diretamente ao uso de tecnologias na educação, na prática pedagógica docente, nos processos formativos de maneira geral. Desse modo, a ampliação acerca do conhecimento do “domínio” tecnológico que o professor do ensino superior possui das tecnologias, ainda é um segmento da pesquisa nesse campo, que necessita de mais investigação. Tendo, pois, como objetivo, avaliar o nível de proficiência digital de professores do Ensino Superior da Bahia, está em curso a presente pesquisa desenvolvida pela Rede Colaborativa de Aprendizagem (RCA), estrutura criada pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA), que procura promover o desenvolvimento das competências digitais dos profissionais da educação e fomentar a convergência de modalidades educacionais. A abordagem metodológica tem um cariz quali-quantitativo, sendo que os resultados da pesquisa permitir-nos-ão definir diferentes trilhas de aprendizagem em função do nível de proficiência diagnosticado.
Neste artigo buscamos compreender o sentido do termo inovação e suas relações com Educação e Tecnologias. O estudo foi orientado para o levantamento das opiniões de professores em enquete on-line, baseada na metodologia survey, distribuída via WhatsApp. As respostas válidas de 19 professores do Ensino Superior público foram analisadas e categorizadas. A proposta metodológica foi inspirada nas abordagens qualitativas emergentes, do tipo da grounded theory. A partir da análise das categorias, buscamos o pensamento de teóricos que aprofundassem aspectos apontados pelos professores. Priorizamos publicações atualizadas sobre o sentido da inovação, da inovação na educação, da relação da inovação com as tecnologias e o futuro da inovação na educação. Este processo nos levou a constatar os diversos sentidos que o termo inovação assumiu em distintos períodos até o momento atual, com seus desdobramentos, desigualdades e inconstâncias. Compreendemos, ao final, que inovação é um processo social e humano de mudanças para a criação de novas realidades, orientado pelas necessidades, pela disponibilidade e pelos contextos de cada época. Além disso, compreendemos também que as tecnologias emergentes podem gerar mudanças na educação, sendo tais alterações condicionadas à ação política de inclusão e mudanças em todas as instâncias educativas para a superação de desigualdades no que tange à formação de cidadãos conscientes e integrados aos contextos sociais e econômicos atuais e futuros.
