Seit Riehl-Paltaufs grundlegender und umfassender Arbeit ~iber die Tuberculosis cutis verrucosa ist dieses gautleiden, wenn auch nicht h~ufig, so doch eingehend studiert worden. J a d a s s o h n hat das Krankheitsbild dahin skizziert, da~ man darunter zu verstehen babe eine durch ihre Neigung zur Bildung yon Verrukosit~ten ausgezeichnete, fl~chenhaft sich ausbreitende Tuberkulose der tIauL welcher das charakteristische Element des Lupus, der typische Lupusfleck, fehlt.Mit dieser Definition sollte eigentlich das Krankheitsbild allen Lupusarten gegenfiber gen~gend abgegrenzt sein; und doch wird yon namhaften Autoren (D o u t r e 1 e p o n t, L e r o i r) die Tb. cutis verrucosa besonders mit dem Lupus verrucosus identifiziert. Gegen diese Anschauung wendet sich Jarisch, der folgende klinische Merkmale der Tbc. cut. verr. verlangt: Mangel typischer Lupuskn6tchen, vollst~ndiges Ausheilen der Plaques vom Zentrum aus'mit einer dfinnen netzf0rmigen Narbe ohne LupusknStchen and leichte dauernde Heilbarkeit. Bei der histologischen Eigenart legt er weniger Wert auf die yon R i e h 1 -P a 1 t a u f postulierte oberfl~chliche Lagerung der Tuberkel als auf das Vorhandensein von verk~isten KnStchen. Bezfiglich der Pathogenese des Leidens hat Jadassohn auf Grund eigener Beobachtung und auf Grund der yon Adamson, Morris, Tobler, Nobl mitgeteilten FMlo Arch. f. Dermat u. Syph. Bd. CXXIII. 55
