The purpose of this study was to determine the description of motivation, work ethic and employee performance at the Forest Service Unit of UPT. Forest Management Unit Region II Pematangsiantar and to determine the effect of motivation on the relationship of work ethic on employee performance at the Forest Service Unit of UPT. Forest Management Unit Region II Pematangsiantar. This research uses the design of library research and field research. The population in this study were UPT Forest Service employees. The Pematangsiantar Region II Forest Management Unit totaling 67 employees. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by questionnaire, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used is the classic assumption test with validity, reliability and normality tests, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis with path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that the work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and motivation is able to mediate the relationship of work ethics on employee performance.
Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan faktor penting dalam kehidupan suatu bisnis, dan kepuasan tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh harga dan kualitas pelayanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa seluruh variabel dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Variabel harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara simultan bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dibandingkan harga dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan harga yang baik dan kualitas pelayanan yang baik maka akan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.
Human resource development is part of management in organizing, directing, and leadership in an innovative organization. This is important to implement concerning the increasingly complex demands of work, the rapid progress of science and technology, and increasingly fierce global competition. Therefore, organizations need to study what factors influence innovative work behavior. This study examines the effect of psychological empowerment and knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior. The data collected in this study are quantitative data using an associative research design approach. The population in this study were private employees in Pematang Siantar City with a sample of 170 employees determined by purposive sampling method. Data analysis used instrument tests, normality tests, regression tests, hypothesis tests, correlation tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that psychological empowerment and knowledge sharing positively and significantly affected innovative work behavior. The study's conclusion confirms that to improve innovative work behavior, organizations should pay attention to the psychological empowerment of each employee so that they feel that their work is meaningful and contributes significantly to organizational achievement. Furthermore, the importance of knowledge sharing for employees will be seen when they understand their job descriptions and exchange opinions regarding their work.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of the employees of the Public Administration Section of the Pematangsiantar City Regional Secretariat, totaling 28 employees. For the results of the validity analysis, it was found that the results were valid and for reliability the results were reliable. For the results of normality, it is concluded that the data is normally distributed, with a coefficient of determination of 36% while the rest is influenced by other factors and the correlation value of the variables is included in the strong category. The regression equation shows positive equation results and the hypothesis results provide an answer that partially, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, because the work environment is the most important factor in achieving employee performance.
