Objective. The purpose of this study was to determine: To analyze the effect of relationship marketing on customer satisfaction at the Best Pematangsiantar Store. Then the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at the Best Pematangsiantar Store. Research Methods. The object of research is Pematangsiantar Best Store which is located on Jl. Sutomo No. 63, Kelurahan Dwikora, Kecamatan Siantar Barat, Pematangsiantar, 21118. In this study, all members of the population were used as data sources, namely as the sample of the researcher. Where the research population is the Best Pematangsiantar Store customers with a total of 35 people, who also become the research sample. Results. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that relationship marketing has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that relationship marketing has a strong and positive relationship with customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a very strong and positive relationship with customer loyalty.. The results of the hypothesis test state that H0 is rejected, meaning that relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Conclusion. Relationship marketing at the Best Pematangsiantar Store in this case has been categorized as good. Even though it has been categorized as good, the leadership should try to improve and also create long-term relationships with customers and also fulfill all the needs according to the wishes of these customers. Customer satisfaction at the Best Pematangsiantar Store in this case has been categorized as good. Even though it has been categorized as good, it is better for the leadership to maintain long-term relationships and give good attention so that customers will feel more satisfied. Customer loyalty at the Best Pematangsiantar Store in this case has been categorized as good. Even though it has been categorized as good, the leadership should try to establish close relationships with customers and pay attention so that customers become loyal.
Sektor kuliner saat ini mengalami peningkatan dalam hal konsumsi khususnya bagi konsumen yang senang dengan makanan cepat saji salah satunya seperti KFC. Perusahaan fast food KFC berupaya meningkatkan pelayanan dan citra mereknya agar setiap konsumen yang datang dapat memperoleh kepuasan khususnya kepuasan pelayanan dan citra produk yang dikonsumsi. Tujuan penellitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas pelayanan, citra merek dan kepuasan konsumen pada PT Fast Food Indonesia, Tbk KFC BOX Ramayana Pematangsiantar. selanjutnya untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT Fast Food Indonesia,Tbk KFC BOX Ramayana Pematangsiantar baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Kualitas pelayanan, citra merek dan kepuasan konsumen sudah baik. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek dengan kepuasan konsumen. Tinggi rendahnya kepuasan konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek. H0ditolak, artinya kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik secara simultan maupun parsial.
The study's major goal was to look at the quality of work life, leader member exchange, and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior of private high school instructors in Pematangsiantar City. Methods: This study employs a quantitative research strategy. Multiple regression testing, hypothesis testing using simultaneous and partial approaches, and correlation testing with the coefficient of determination are all used in data analysis. Findings: The results of this research explain that quality of work life, leader member exchange, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: The findings of this study confirm the quality of work life and leader member exchange for schools is to attract and maintain the work spirit of teachers. Furthermore, there is a strong organizational commitment within the individual, causing teacher OCB to run optimally.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenali budaya kerja organisasi yang dipengaruhi oleh struktur organisasi, karakteristik organisasi, dan gaya manajemen di perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 22. Populasi penelitian adalah pihak manajemen yang ada di beberapa perusahaan di Indonesia yang berjumlah 100 orang, dimana teknik penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 100 orang pihak manajemen yang ada di beberapa perusahaan di Indonesia melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan secara online. Hasil penelitian yang didasarkan oleh hipotesis secara parsial menyatakan bahwa variabel gaya manajemen berpengaruh kepada variabel budaya kerja organisasi, dan secara simultan variabel struktur organisasi, karakteristik organisasi, dan gaya manajemen berpengaruh kepada variabel budaya kerja organisasi. The urgency of employee engagement in creating a new employee spirit aims to create a strong relationship with each employee. This relationship will also make employees focus on the achievement they want to achieve, build solid teamwork, and don’t forget to express gratitude and appreciation for achievements between divisions. Employees will always think positively in doing their jobs and provide great ideas for team development and long-term company goals. This study aims to determine the relationship between employee engagement and employee performance with self-efficacy and organizational justice as predictors.The sample used in this study were workers belonging to the Millennial generation with 190 respondents using a purposive sampling approach to determine the sample. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online through social media. A structural equation modeling (SEM) approach using partial least squares (PLS) is used to test elationship between employee engagement and employee performance with self-efficacy and organizational justice as predictors. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is concluded that self-efficacy and organizational justice have a significant effect on employee engagement. Then, the next hypothesis test explains that self-efficacy, organizational justice, and employee engagement significantly affect employee performance. Sanitary inspection intended to eliminate environmental risk factors in the ships to break the chain disease transmission in order to maintain and enhance the health status. Based on data from 2015 the Port Health Office class I Surabaya, during the ships inspection there are found 23 rats from 2734 ships. The existence of the rats on the cargo ship is very harmful, which can caused disease and damaged food material in cargo ship. The tendency of rats existence on board as media transmission of the disease, is the reason for researchers to identify the level of sanitation review and behavior of crew that affecting the existence of rats on cargo ship in the Port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya. That research aimed to analyze the level of sanitation and behavior of crew that affects the existence of rats. This study was an observational study with cross sectional study design, sampling for ship sanitation in research using accidental sampling, behavior of crew using the proportional random sampling method. The research variables are behavior of crew and ship sanitation. The primary data were collected by observation, indepth interviews, and questionnaires. Secondary data collected from the Port Health Office Class I Surabaya. Statistical test with multiple regression showed that behavior of crew significant effect on the existence of rat in cargo ship. The results using ship sanitation level variables sig. 0.043 means that the behavior of crew variable significant effect on the presence of rats on a cargo ship, while for the ship sanitation variables sig. 0.0002, means that the variable ship sanitation very significantly affected on the presence of rats on a cargo ship. The conclusion of this study be found influences of the ship sanitation and behavior of crew against the presence of rats in cargo ship, so it needs to be disseminated to the crew of cargo ship in order to increase knowledge about ship sanitation, and the health effects of the presence of rats on a cargo ship.
Technological advancements fueled by the internet revolution have transformed the financial services industry's image, resulting in modifications to electronic financial services. These service changes can be seen in almost all forms of financial services, such as banking, insurance, and stock trading, which are carried out using electronic media, such as E-wallets services. The primary purpose of this study is to determine the behavior of the Millennial class for digital wallet applications in terms of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, social influence. This study utilized a quantitative method using exploratory surveys and online questionnaires, as well as a literature and field research design. For data analysis, this research uses the Smart PLS application with the PLS-SEM approach oriented. Data was collected using non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling approach, yielding a sample size of 146 respondents for this research. This research provides information about the behavior of using digital wallet applications, which are significantly influenced by perceived ease of use, trust, and social influence. Furthermore, the Perceived Usefulness factor does not significantly impact the behavior of using digital wallet applications. These findings highlight the importance of trust as a motivator for customers when utilizing an E-Wallet application. It is preferable to expand the number of study samples in order to appropriately generalize findings, as well as to include research factors that are believed to influence behavioral intention to use. This research will look at the effects of perceived ease of use, perceived utility, trust, and social influence on Generation Millennial behavior when it comes to using digital wallets.
Pengabdian masyarakat ini menitikberatkan pada pengajaran baik berupa materil maupun moril untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak-anak khususnya di Kuala Langsa. Berdasarkan analisis situasi yang berkembang saat ini, permasalahan utama yang dihadapi yaitu: (1) Kurangnya minat anak-anak usia sekolah di daerah Kuala Langsa untuk bersekolah; (2) Rendahnya motivasi anak-anak usia sekolah di daerah Kuala Langsa untuk belajar matematika; dan (3) Mata pelajaran matematika menjadi momok yang menakutkan dan mata pelajaran yang membosankan karena bersifat abstrak dan tidak ada media atau alat peraga yang real. Pada tahapan persiapan, tim pelaksana melakukan observasi di SD Negeri 9 Langsa dan kantor kepala desa Kuala Langsa. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui masalah apa yang dihadapi anak-anak usia sekolah terutama SD dalam pembelajaran Matematika dan motivasi untuk pergi menuntut ilmu ke sekolah. setelah diketahui permasalahannya maka disusun suatu solusi untuk diterapkan dalam tahap pelaksanaan. Proses pelaksanaan terbagi menjadi : (1) Sosialisasi (memberikan motivasi belajar anak-anak terutama matematika dan menekankan pentingnya bersekolah) dan (2) Praktek Lapangan (penerapan metode Hypnoteaching). Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah: (1) Tingkat partisipasi mitra yang tinggi terhadap program pengabdian masyarakat memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap pelaksanaan program; dan (2) Pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan serta minat belajar anak – anak dalam mata pelajaran matematika, khususnya pada materi bangun datar. Dengan demikian akan menunjang nilai- nilai dan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika.
