La resignificación del conflicto armado, la violencia, el proceso de paz y el posacuer-do, desde la construcción de subjetividades, son determinantes para avanzar en el logro de una paz perdurable en Colombia. En este propósito, el perdón y la reconci-liación se constituyen en elementos clave para detener la violencia y favorecer la re-construcción del tejido social, deteriorado como consecuencia del conflicto armado que por décadas ha causado sufrimientos y heridas irreparables en los colombianos. En el presente capítulo se describe el proyecto de investigación-acción realizado en la Institución Educativa Megacolegio el Progreso de Yopal (Casanare), con el objetivo de contribuir a la construcción de subjetividades para el perdón y la reconciliación en el posacuerdo, en el que participaron 108 estudiantes de los grados 9°, 10° y 11°. Como técnicas para la recolección de la información se empleó la observación participante y el grupo focal. Para el proceso de intervención se realizaron talleres de performance, pintura, fotografía, poesía y tertulias, actividades que contaron con la participación de artistas de la región. Los principales hallazgos dan cuenta de expresiones de apatía, in-diferencia, desconocimiento, desconfianza e incredulidad frente a los acuerdos de paz y sentimiento de venganza hacia los excombatientes. Posteriormente, producto de la intervención, basada en la reflexión filosófica y el arte, los participantes lograron un acercamiento al tema y se mostraron dispuestos a escuchar otras narrativas, distintas a las que ofrecen sus padres, maestros y medios de comunicación más influyentes, lo que facilitó la apertura al perdón y la reconciliación como una manera de aportar a la paz perdurable en el territorio.
