El objetivo de esta investigación es examinar las tendencias investigativas en el área de gestión del riesgo empresarial. La metodología consiste en el análisis bibliométrico de 155 publicaciones académicas relacionadas con la temática y proporcionadas por la base de datos de Scopus. Posteriormente se calcularon los indicadores de cantidad, calidad y estructura para poder comprender la evolución de esta área de estudio. Entre los resultados se observa que Estados Unidos, Reino Unido y China son los países donde más se estudia la temática y los temas que marcan tendencia son: cobertura, toma de decisiones, derivados y gestión de proyectos. Se concluye que la investigación sobre gestión del riesgo está enfocándose en subtemas como riesgo reputacional, riesgo de fraude y riesgo cambiario, mostrando que la literatura al respecto se ha venido especializando y focalizando a partir de las nuevas necesidades del mercado.
Este artículo da cuenta de la revisión y análisis de los enfoques investigativos aplicados en la literatura científica sobre las industrias creativas y culturales ―ICC―, a lo largo del tiempo, con la finalidad de ofrecer un panorama claro con base en los antecedentes del tema y las diversas aristas que han ido surgiendo en el desarrollo de este tópico de investigación. Como resultados más significativos se encuentran una serie de limitaciones en la temática desde sus orígenes en los que las industrias culturales se ven asociadas con grupos sociales particulares, generando de alguna manera una segmentación en el acceso a los servicios y productos afines a este tipo de industrias. Sin embargo los cambios mismos en que se ven inmersas las sociedades, llevan a reconfigurar los patrones iniciales que adquirieron las ICC; propiciando una revolución que impactaría dimensiones sociales, económicas y políticas de las comunidades. De este modo la revisión y análisis permite concluir que las industrias culturales y creativas han tomado un papel protagónico capaz de permear dimensiones del desarrollo social, económico y patrimonial de las comunidades actuales, por lo que se expresa un llamado clave para continuar profundizando la investigación asociada a esta temática para nutrir el campo del conocimiento e incluso descubrir nuevos matices del tema.
Actualmente las instituciones de educación superior –IES- están interesadas en desarrollar y aplicar prácticas o estrategias de gestión de conocimiento que sean efectivas en su interior, ya que estas tienen la misión de ser escenarios de generación y transferencia de conocimiento, en razón a que dinamizan las diferentes dimensiones (social, económica y personal) que componen la sociedad. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar la evolución y tendencias inmersas en la literatura sobre estrategias de gestión de conocimiento en las IES, presentando los resultados del desarrollo de un estudio bibliométrico, basado en el análisis de la productividad, los autores más representativos, la evolución y las tendencias acerca de la temática propuesta; para la búsqueda de las fuentes bibliográficas se tomó la base de datos de Scopus. Entre los hallazgos, se perfilan como nuevas tendencias: estrategias y herramientas para la formación en línea y la utilización de las redes sociales para la gestión y difusión de la información en las IES. Adicionalmente, la revisión de literatura realizada soporta que hay un mejor desempeño en la productividad de la investigación y la eficiencia de los procesos administrativos, mediante la implementación de modelos de gestión de conocimiento en estas organizaciones.
