Este estudo propõe identificar as limitações e as possibilidades de estabelecer estratégias e indicadores para aferir o ROI em relação à GC, por meio de revisão integrativa. Através de busca na base Scopus, os artigos selecionados passaram por análises bibliométrica e descritiva, com foco na mensuração do ROI, nas métricas utilizadas e nas teorias e práticas a respeito de indicadores para aferir o ROI em relação à GC. O estudo favoreceu acesso a artigos que tratam da importância da GC nas organizações, mas não o seu retorno em termos de valor monetário. Como limitador deste estudo está a pouca presença do uso de indicadores para mensurar o valor monetário de retorno em relação ao valor monetário investido em GC. Para estudos futuros, apresentam-se as tendências da pesquisa em retorno do investimento, as abordagens teóricas e os indicadores adotados nos artigos selecionados.
The Knowledge Society passes through a complex, competitive and dynamic world portrayed in technology, globalization, reconfiguration of productive practices, and work flexibility, among other aspects. For survival and development, organizations started to work in networks with a view to co-producing more effective results. However, not all networks produce the expected results. The authors of this study identified in the literature the construct "learning networks", defined as network learning by Louise Knight (2002). 5 stages of corporate maturity of inter-organizational networks, and to evolve between them, multilevel learning, proposed by corporate universities, is necessary. In this sense, corporate universities will contribute to the improvement of multiple actors, stimulating involvement, involvement, learning, production of knowledge, meanings of products, results, and businesses. The article aims to identify a public knowledge gap about the relationship between corporate universities and learning networks for their application in the sector. An exploratory-bibliographic study was carried out based on an integrative review and content analysis. few studies on the relationship between the constructs of corporate universities and learning networks and the application in the sector of collaborative networks and public knowledge, for the creation and learning of organizational learning.
A successful Innovation Center (IC) needs to be closely related to the territory in which it is inserted and have its functions aligned with regional development, the supply of facilities, services and resources and the promotion of culture and the innovation and entrepreneurship connection. This study aimed to develop stages of recognition and mapping of elements that underlie the implementation of an IC in the city of Santa Rosa, state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, among them the challenges related to innovation faced in the city; the personas and actors involved; the identification of solutions; the potential stakeholders partners; the proposition of an action plan; and the presentation of this plan to those involved in the process. National and international ICs were analyzed as references for the study, the main ICs of Rio Grande do Sul, the state where Santa Rosa is located were mapped, and the innovation pathway of the city was addressed. Using the Via Cycle Methodology, the interactions between the actors and stakeholders that deal with innovation were studied, the challenges faced were identified, and a solution was proposed to face the perceived challenges. For this result, strategies capable of encompassing the various actors mapped and involved in the structuring pillars of the territory (education, governance, public power, and culture) were suggested, with the intention of proposing the implementation of the IC. The breakdown of these pillars into detailed actions resulted in a significant educational, social, cultural, and economic potential, whose details can serve as references to boost innovation-oriented experiences, meet technological needs, and strengthen various dimensions.
This article aims to analyze the maturity evolution process of the stages of the corporate education system, listing the driving aspects of this process. To accomplish it, a qualitative research with a descriptive exploratory approach was carried out through an integrative review. The survey and systematic review were based on the analysis of existing scientific knowledge about "corporate education" and "evolution of the corporate education system". In the end, it is possible to list 25 driving factors for the evolution of the corporate education system to be considered by organizations that intend to reach the last stage of evolution, the Networked Corporate University (NCU), the most contemporary model proposed by the literature. In conclusion, this study brings theoretical contributions advancing on the existing theories and practices, as it can be considered that, when the Corporate Education System evolves towards the NCU stage, it will meet the context requirement that drives it to amplify the vision, beyond human capital, to social and relational capital.
Esse manuscrito trata da elaboração de Projeto Estratégico Pedagógico e o uso de LEGO® Serious Play® como método de diagnóstico, envolvendo colaboradores do Banrisul na análise do modelo de Educação Corporativa e revisão de práticas e políticas pedagógicas da respectiva Universidade Corporativa. Caracteriza-se por um trabalho estudo de caso qualitativo, de estratégia exploratória. A unidade de análise foi a transformação da Universidade Corporativa em uma Universidade Corporativa em Rede. O estudo envolveu a participação de funcionários de unidades administrativas e agências bancárias. Como resultado identificou-se a ampliação do conhecimento a respeito dos próprios participantes – seus valores, suas habilidades, os processos que estão envolvidos; a troca de informações e perspectivas organizacionais quanto aos objetivos estratégicos e mercado, a identificação e relação com os stakeholders e o papel da educação corporativa frente a esses aspectos.
