RESUMO Este estudo problematiza as relações de saber-poder em que se inscrevem as políticas de hospitalidade direcionadas ao acesso de estudantes refugiados às universidades públicas brasileiras nos últimos anos. A análise dedica-se à abordagem da materialidade linguística de documentos institucionais que regulamentam esse ingresso, buscando compreender, pelo diálogo entre os estudos da psicanálise, da desconstrução e do discurso, os efeitos de sentido decorrentes do discurso institucional. Os recortes discutidos apontam para o caráter normativo e prescritivo desse discurso e permitem a reflexão sobre o papel exercido pela língua portuguesa como principal condicionante que, ao mesmo tempo, possibilita e impossibilita o acesso de pessoas em situação de refúgio à universidade brasileira.
Resumo Este artigo discute a construção da imagem das vítimas de feminicídio em dois dos principais portais de notícias do/sobre o Rio Grande do Sul, partindo do pressuposto de que o jornalismo, em sua função social como formador de opinião, produz cenas de visibilidade que tanto incluem quanto excluem sujeitos. A pesquisa toma como base o viés teórico-metodológico da Análise do Discurso em diálogo com as ciências sociais, a fim de problematizar a (in)visibilidade das vítimas em quatro manchetes, publicadas em 2015, ano de sancionamento da Lei 13.104. Este estudo se justifica por impulsionar o debate sobre os modos de produção jornalística concernente às notícias de feminicídio. Pelo olhar discursivo sobre as manchetes selecionadas, entende-se que o corpo é construído como lugar em que, ao mesmo tempo, a vítima é exposta e silenciada.
Este artigo toma como objeto de estudo o discurso institucional sobre a Universidade e analisa dizeres em produção e circulação durante uma década que marca o desenrolar da proposta de uma expansão universitária no Brasil. Relaciona-se esse cenário ao mesmo período, na França, por meio de um olhar que incide sobre textos de leis de ambos os países. Apresenta-se, assim, uma noção de discurso institucional que, a partir dos textos oficiais, possibilite (re)pensar as instituições e seus discursos em funcionamento. Com base nos pressupostos teórico-metodológico-analíticos dos estudos discursivos, este paralelo visa a dialogar com as discussões sobre as políticas e práticas que permeiam o ensino superior e a pesquisa acadêmica em nossos dias.
Este ensaio discute, pelo viés dos estudos do discurso brasileiros, atravessados pelos olhares da psicanálise e da filosofia, o funcionamento da hipervisibilidade no campo midiático, compreendendo que esta escamoteia o processo de invisibilização social do qual fazem parte os sujeitos migrantes. São analisadas três regularidades visuais/discursivas que emergem quando as palavras-chave “migrações/migraciones”, “migrantes” e “refugiado(a)s” são procuradas, em línguas portuguesa e espanhola, nas ferramentas de busca on-line. Essas regularidades são agrupadas e discutidas com base na articulação entre as noções de campo escópico e memória visual. Pela dimensão escópica, a qual convoca o/a olhar, problematiza-se a distribuição simbólica dos lugares e a construção de certa estética do nomadismo. A leitura das imagens enquanto traços da memória discursiva/coletiva permite questionar a construção midiatizada dessa memória, atrelada a um efeito de homogeneização das migrações.
Este trabalho surge do encontro com um fio de tweets (funcionamento na rede social digital Twitter) que expõe a formação de um imaginário sobre o sujeito podcaster pelos seus ouvintes. Pela análise do corpus, composto pelos tweets que compõem o fio, interessa-nos indagar como a formulação do fio e os comentários dos ouvintes se relacionam com pré-construídos a respeito de mulheres negras. Na busca de possíveis respostas para uma pergunta feita pela podcaster no fio, indagando por que é tão difícil associar a sua imagem (a de uma mulher negra) com a de uma contadora de histórias, mobilizaremos as noções de formações ideológicas e imaginárias, conforme Pêcheux (2009, 2014), a noção de ideologia, conforme pensada por Orlandi (2017), e de imagens de controle, conforme Collins (2019) e Gonzalez (2018). Observamos que antecipações feitas com base na voz e na fala da podcaster resultam em formações imaginárias que podem estar relacionadas com imagens de controle a respeito das mulheres negras.
