O presente artigo apresenta análises acerca das construções de projetos parentais de mulheres lésbicas no Brasil com o uso de práticas de inseminação caseira. Para isso, foram coletadas 600 publicações de dois grupos de inseminação caseira na rede social Facebook, em específico, grupos destinados a mulheres lésbicas em busca de doadores de sêmen. Essas postagens foram realizadas entre novembro de 2017 e abril de 2018, a organização das fontes resultou em duas categorias principais cujos conteúdos serão tratados neste artigo. A primeira, denominada como “Anúncio”, diz respeito às publicações onde doadores de sêmen se anunciavam enquanto tais; e a segunda, chamada “Busca”, foi constituída de publicações nas quais as mulheres lésbicas descreviam o tipo de doador que estavam procurando. Esses materiais possibilitaram reflexões acerca das relações entre o casal de mulheres e os doadores de sêmen, no que diz respeito ao estabelecimento de relações de confiança, contingência de riscos e dos limites das práticas vinculadas a um projeto de maternidade. Outrossim, também possibilitaram pensar sobre as construções das famílias lesboparentais nesses termos e de como este é um campo que oferece tensões para a discussão sobre parentalidades e tecnologias reprodutivas.
Resumo Analisam-se nesse texto algumas das várias questões críticas, que podem ser encontradas no uso das novas Tecnologias Reprodutivas Conceptivas. Ressaltam-se as posições feministas no que se refere às mesmas, e ao apresentá-las e contrapô-las com duas situações ocorridas com as mães e com as crianças, elege-se um leque de disposições valorativas que problematizam o uso indiscriminado das práticas de reprodução humana em laboratório. Aponta-se para a necessidade de construir um entendimento compreensivo que atenda a ampliação de outros fatores, como aqueles associados à abertura para o risco da parte dos médicos e casais e a instrumentalização das dimensões subjetivas e simbólicas que influenciam na projeção de um sentido para a vida, por meio da busca pelo filho por meio de tecnologia. This article aims to analyze aspects of breastfeeding experience in relation to daily life and the institutionalized discourse on breastfeeding, as well as other speeches. It is a qualitative research with in-depth analysis of content held in 12 women interviews, mothers of 6 months to two years children. The analysis concerns to: the recommendation and the value given to the institutionalized knowledge; the incidence of medical discourse on women's practice; autonomy, interpretation and possibilities facing other women speeches; the daily organization on breastfeeding situation; and experiences with weaning. Many are the ways found by these women to address the requirements with breastfeeding in their daily lives and to accept or not the medical discourse. It is the experience, current or former, that forces them to confront or confirm this discourse, establishing their own feeding and nutrition ideal, according to what better suits to their own needs. They also consider the experience of their relatives that already are mothers, how the child reacts, and the compatibility of breastfeeding requirements with their needs and other activities. The analysis showed that are desired and necessary measures to support breastfeeding, listening to the women experiences and their needs, and equal participation in support care policies, as well as sharing of other tasks among family members as democracy of care strategy construction.
