Использование такого воздействия способствует улучшению физи-ко-механических свойств материалов. Показано, что использование комплексной обработки приводит к заметному изменению механиче-ских характеристик титана и титановых сплавов.Представлено огляд сучасного стану методів обробки титану та його сплавів електронними, іонними пучками, комплексного опромінення. Використання такого впливу сприяє поліпшенню фізико-механічних властивостей матеріалів. Показано, що використання комплексної обробки приводить до значних змін механічних характеристик титану та титанових сплавів.The review of the current state of the methods applied to treat the titanium and its alloys using the electron, ion beams and their combination is presented. Application of such a treatment provides the improvement of physical and mechanical properties of these materials. According to the current legislation, the formation of the strategic planning system of the country, its regions, municipalities is one of the most important tasks of government bodies. Currently, it can be testified that the legislator is serious enough to work out the issue of regulatory support, and management structures are trying to implement this system in practice on a systematic basis. However, the unpredictability and turbulence of the situation in the external environment and the economy, which is developing at the moment, requires the use of new approaches to the content of the strategic planning process in the regions, linking regional priorities with federal and regional with municipal, a clear positioning of the role and contribution of a particular region to the socio-economic development of the country, increasing the activities of the branches of specialization of the region, activation of the development of municipalities. The article attempts to integrate and link federal, regional and municipal aspects of spatial development of territories in order to form a system of strategic spatial development.
The formation of documents for strategic planning of socio-economic development is the most important task of regional and municipal governments. It can be stated that strategic planning processes have been launched throughout the country and the process of forming these documents is active at both the regional and municipal levels. However, the issues of determining, studying, and taking into account the views of interested parties when forming the goals and priorities of socio-economic development of administrative-territorial entities require methodological support and recommendations for practical implementation. In this article, an attempt is made to reveal methodological approaches and solve issues of practical implementation of identifying the interests of stakeholders on the example of a specific municipality.The proposed material is an example of determining and scientifically substantiating the strategic priorities of a municipality on identifying the interests of stakeholders.The study of the processes of formation and determination of strategic priorities for the development of a municipality based on the identification of the interests of all interested parties should become the task of further research.
