Uma vez que a internet assumiu o papel de fonte preferencial e espontânea de acesso à informação, o objetivo deste estudo é sintetizar o que as mães brasileiras buscam e encontram na internet sobre aleitamento materno, por meio de revisão crítica da literatura científica dos últimos 10 anos. Os estudos selecionados permitiram a categorização de três tópicos de discussão: qualidade das informações disponíveis; desenvolvimento de facilitadores para acesso a informações sobre aleitamento materno; e grupos virtuais de apoio à amamentação como espaço de educação em saúde. A internet é uma área com grande potencial para o desenvolvimento de ações de educação em saúde e promoção do aleitamento materno. Apesar de pertinente e atual, a literatura científica carece de pesquisas que explorem o tema do aleitamento materno sob o ponto de vista da interação on-line das mães, sendo este um campo muito rico para estudos futuros.
Objetivo: Analisar a participação do Conselho Municipal de Saúde, de um município do estado do Rio Grande do Sul, nos processos de discussão, formulação, proposição, fiscalização, implementação e avaliação das Políticas Públicas de Saúde. Métodos: análise das Atas das reuniões ordinárias e extraordinárias de um Conselho Municipal de Saúde (CMS) no ano de 2017. Após coleta das demandas de saúde trazidas pelos participantes do CMS, os dados foram analisados com a aplicação da técnica de análise de conteúdo proposta por Bardin. Resultados: As demandas de saúde levantadas pelos conselheiros foram agrupadas em três grandes categorias. A categoria “Prestação de serviços públicos de saúde” refere-se às falas sobre dificuldade de acesso, oferta insuficiente de serviços de saúde, falta de recursos materiais e insumos farmacêuticos e limitações na estrutura física das unidades. A categoria “Vínculos profissionais e o processo de trabalho no SUS” diz sobre as demandas que envolvem os profissionais da saúde e a necessidade de recursos humanos na Atenção Básica, bem como a insegurança e situações de violência no contexto de trabalho. Por fim, a categoria “Fiscalização e Controle dos Recursos e Ações em Saúde” contempla as falas sobre transparência na alocação de recursos públicos e o (não) cumprimento da legislação que versa sobre atuação do controle social. Conclusão: Estas demandas, além de encontrarem respaldo nas discussões internas do CMS, possuem similaridades com demandas externas ao controle social, desta forma, conclui-se que esta instância colegiada participa ativamente do Sistema Único de Saúde, de maneira independente, autônoma e representativa.
Objetivo: Este relato tem por objetivo divulgar uma iniciativa de educação interdisciplinar. Metodologia: A experiência intitulada ‘Hora do CHA: Partilhando Conhecimento, desenvolvendo Habilidades e incentivando Atitudes no Sistema Único de Saúde’ foi concretizada por meio da criação e da execução de uma disciplina eletiva, ofertada a estudantes de graduação em saúde de uma universidade pública no Sul do Brasil. Seu corpo docente foi composto por trabalhadores da saúde pública, mestrandos de um Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ensino na Saúde, que integraram suas práxis ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Utilizando-se da docência compartilhada e de metodologias ativas de ensino-aprendizagem, a disciplina teve como principais objetivos aproximar os discentes ao Sistema Único de Saúde, construir diálogos e conexões entre teoria e prática, elucidar conceitos-chave do processo histórico da saúde no Brasil e ressignificar a atuação dos sujeitos enquanto futuros profissionais da saúde. Resultados e conclusões: A participação e a satisfação dos discentes evidenciou a necessidade de uma maior aproximação da Instituição de Ensino Superior com as diferentes realidades da saúde pública. As práticas pedagógicas, fundamentadas no protagonismo dos discentes, propiciaram um ambiente favorável à aquisição de conhecimentos, de habilidades e de atitudes necessários para a atuação nos serviços de saúde coordenados pelo Sistema Único de Saúde em termos teóricos e práticos.
