The article focuses on the Internet-borne forces that through time caused changes in the contemporary English. Examples of specific, at the time most popular changes on the English-speaking branch of the Internet are given in the article. Examples that regard the changes in the vocabulary of contemporary English are analyzed in detail separately in the context of etymology, with authors making hypothetical assumptions on the potential future of such examples.
The article examines the management cycle as a decision-making tool in an educational organization. The authors emphasize the importance of considering all tracks of education quality management development. The understanding of managerial decisions to achieve results at all levels is pointed out: from educational organization to the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, conducting public administration in the field of education. Types of decision-making and stages of interaction in decision-making are given. The results of the survey of heads of educational organizations, which show that the activity of the head is to perform management functions on a regular basis, are important. The choice of the decision-making model within the implementation of the full management cycle depends on the context of the problem and the specifics of the situation in the educational organization.
The article represents the classification level of phrasal verbs of the modern English development. There are different notions of a phrasal verb in foreign and Russian linguistic studies. Three groups of the phrasal verbs are given: prepositional verbs, adverbial verbs, phrasal-prepositional verbs. The article also deals with preposition etymology and their evolution in the language development.
