Teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu alat yang mendukung kehidupan masyarakat dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, baik dalam ruang kesehatan, politik, budaya, olah raga, keamanan dan ekonomi. Teknologi ditandai dengan adanya berbagai sistem informasi. bentuk aplikasi, seperti aplikasi dalam bentuk situs web, komputer desktop, dan seluler. Perumahan griya mandiri yang terletak di deli tua memiliki ±200 rumah yang telah memiliki penghuninya, perumahan griya mandiri memiliki beberapa pengutipan iuran seperti uang iuran keamanan dan iuran sampah yang setiap bulannya dikutip melalui petugas pengelolaan perumahaan griya mandiri. Dalam proses pelaksanaannya petugas mendatangi ke pemilik rumah untuk mentagih, dan dalam manajemen pengelolaan perumahan griya mandiri masih menggunakan manual seperti masih menggunakan buku dalam pelaporannya sehingga untuk mencari data membutuhkan waktu relatif lama. Untuk itulah diperlukan suatu modernisasi dalam hal kemajuan pengelolaan manajemen perumahan griya mandiri dengan menggunakan suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu berbagai pihak baik pengelolaan dan penghuni tempat tinggal perumahan griya mandiri.

Dalis Art Medan is a digital art-focused online store that opened its doors in 2017. Dalis Art's current sales system still relies on Facebook and Instagram because it does not yet have e-commerce, which results in low sales. Reporting mistakes are common since Dalis Art sales transaction data is still manually entered. E-commerce has been suggested as a solution to Dalis Art's issue with developing its sales operation. The FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking) methodology is used in this study. The FAST technique incorporates system users more actively in each stage of system development, is more adaptable, can be produced with other methods, and can be customized to the author's standard demands. The goal of this study is to make it easier for customers to learn about and purchase products from Dalis Art. Benefits might give consumers quick access to information on the items in Dalis Art. The study's findings demonstrate how fast and accurately a web-based sales information system, including details on products, ordering procedures, and payments, can be accessible via this method.
Universitas Harapan Medan merupakan salah satu kampus swasta yang ada di kota Medan. Tentunya banyak lulusan baru di setiap tahunnya, kebutuhan akan sumber informasi lowongan kerja sangatlah penting bagi para mahasiswa yang ingin kuliah sambil bekerja, terutama para alumni yang baru menyelesaikan kuliahnya. Karna pada masa sekarang kebutuhan akan pekerjaan semakin meningkat, sehingga persaingan akan pekerjaan semakin ketat, Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah wadah atau tempat yang dapat dijadikan oleh alumni dan mahasiwa dalam mendapatkan informasi lowongan kerja, sehingga mempermudah alumni dan mahasiswa Universitas Harapan Medan dalam mencari lowongan pekerjaan. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development). Sistem Informasi E-Job Vacancy akan sangat sangat berguna bagi para mahasiswa Universitas Harapan Medan, dengan menggunakan sistem ini mahasiswa dapat mencari lowongan sesuai dengan skill atau jurusannnya masing-masing, serta perusahaan juga dapat memposting lowongan pekerjaan pada E-Job Vacancy berbasis Mobile ini.

Of the problems that occurred the device technology development research of infrared sensors as a measure of non-invasive blood sugar levels in an attempt early detection and prevention of diabetes mellitus is necessary to get a tool kit prototype test blood sugar levels are cheap and easy to use in the community. Infrared is light waves that can be absorbed by a solution of glucose in the blood so that the method of technology development device’s infrared sensor can easily measure blood sugar levels without injuring the body (non-invasive) for the extraction of blood. To obtain equal accuracy invasive methods will be tested on the finger sensor readings and also earlobe.

With the development of technology these devices could be detected early disaster. For Embedded system could be produced more cheaply with a local content of 60%.
