Aviation security is an important component of the concept of general national security, the system of personal security, public safety and transport safety from external and internal threats. Maintaining an acceptable level of national aviation safety is a priority for the industry. Economic security is very important in the context of globalization. The main tool for ensuring these tasks is proactive risk management. The development of economic risk management tools is relevant for sustainable development of both the industry of civil aviation in particular, and in the state economy as a whole.
The article presents the results of expert surveys conducted by international organizations as a method of empirical research to identify current problems, features and trends of customer-oriented logistics services to consumers in the context of digital space. The statistical analysis of the indicators characterizing the level of use of information and communication technologies at management of mutual relations with consumers at the Ukrainian enterprises is executed. The key barriers that hinder the digital transformation of the logistics service have been identified, which are conditionally classified into 6 groups: trading, transport, marketing, information, organizational and financial and economic. The content structure of CRM-system implementation as a customer relationship management tool is proposed. The expediency of the complex approach application to digital transformation of consumers logistic service on the basis of customer orientation is substantiated and the formula of an estimation of synergetic effect from its realization is offered.
Modern business conditions require the implementation of the financial support mechanism for the transformation of transport and logistics systems using non-traditional sources of funding, including "green" investments. The key instruments of "green" financing for transport infrastructure modernization, which are effectively used in different countries, include: "green" bonds, "green" loans, grants, guarantees, technical assistance, money of "green" investment funds. This paper is devoted to the analyzes of the dynamics of environmental indicators of the regional logistics system taking as an example the economic region "Polissya". On this basis, modern environmental problems of the district's logistics system have been identified. An analysis of the development of world markets for "green" bonds, "green" loans and sustainable investment assets is made. Peculiarities and characteristic features of "green" financing instruments for the development of logistics systems of different levels are considered. As a result of the research it is established that in the Ukrainian realities it is expedient to apply the advanced international experience of realization of the "green" financing of infrastructure projects mechanism in economic areas. This will successfully transform regional logistics systems in the context of the green economy and achieve sustainable development of transport infrastructure.
CO2 emissions are one of the main causes of the global problem of climate change, the solution to which requires the efforts of every country. One of the main polluters is the energy sector, which includes transport. Despite the seemingly small share of aviation in emissions, its role as a polluter and CO2 emitter cannot be underestimated due to calculated specific rate and a number of factors that were researched. The purpose of this study was to analyze the aviation share in the polluters’ structure and to study if Covid-19 restrictions influence on it, to investigate the share of CO2 emissions from air transport in Ukraine and to assess its impact, to forecast CO2 emissions in Ukraine by 2030 and to build scenarios of possible changes in the direction of decarbonization in the aviation industry. Analysis and synthesis, comparison, methods of pairwise regression and modelling scenarios were used for solving these tasks. The results show that the aviation industry could achieve the carbon reduction targets only by applying different types of carbon pricing with conducting the research and development in the sphere. The last significant improvement in aircraft design technologies and flight operations was achieved almost 60 years ago. Economic incentives at the international and local scales should be used to stimulate aviation manufacturers to invest significant money on R&D to find stable solutions to achieve decarbonization. Development of Ukrainian aviation industry should not stand aside from global trends and must meet modern challenges, including environmental issues. The created scenarios show solutions to achieve decarbonization goals that align with EU best practices.
Global and national trends in the development of the logistics services market, as well as the impact of pandemic and military operations on the stability of supply chains and the nature of the work of logistics personnel were analyzed. A conclusion was made about the emergence of new regularities, which, on the one hand, are associated with the complication of logistics tasks in conditions of uncertainty and increased risks of goods movement, and on the other hand, with the active use of digital and informational technologies that ensure visibility, transparency, security of global and regional supply chains. It has been proven that the biggest changes have taken place in the organization of the work of logistics personnel, providing for a combination of office and remote working formats. As a result, the organizational structures of logistics companies are changing by shifting the emphasis from the performance of a certain function (role) in the management hierarchy to a set of specialized critical skills that satisfy specific business needs and allow rapid adaptation to changes in supply chains. The set of competencies of logistics professionals has been determined and hypotheses about their significance in the conditions of pandemic and military restrictions have been formulated. The hypotheses testing proved that at all three levels of significance (1%, 5%, 10%) there is an increase in the proportion of the frequency distribution of the characteristic on the requirements provided by employers, in particular for work experience, foreign language skills and a range of extra-professional skills. At the same time, the role of higher education is decreasing, which is explained by the wide range of non-formal education programs. In general, the discovered latest trends in the development of logistics and supply chain management, regarding changes in logistics processes and the nature of the work of logistics personnel, a set of critical competencies of specialists capable of solving complex logistics tasks in conditions of uncertainty and increased risk, will be of great importance for the logistics support of modernization processes and restoration of the national economy after the end of the war. New digital technologies actively used by domestic logistics companies to automate warehouse and transport processes, their monitoring and tracking in real time, will be actively in demand in the development of logistics infrastructure, the formation of logistics clusters and logistics parks.
