Résumé Si la notion d’intimité est encore peu explorée en psychanalyse, l’analyse de textes psychanalytiques y faisant référence nous permet d’approcher les conditions de sa mise en place et la dynamique psychique qu’elle sous-tend. Dès lors il apparaît qu’intime et secrète, l’intimité entre deux êtres, engagée dans un rapport de confiance et de séduction, est un espace relationnel “hors du commun” dans lequel les sujets se mettent insatiablement en quête d’un savoir par l’autre sur l’énigme du manque. Car cette expérience relationnelle, vécue dans un temps limité, attire en rappelant “étrangement” des interrogations primitives relatives aux sources du désir. Cette intimité, dynamisée par le manque et dans laquelle se transfèrent des éléments de l’histoire, conduit dès lors à un lien profond et privilégié. Les défaillances de l’intimité tiennent à la non reconnaissance de l’altérité et au désir de combler le manque par l’autre.

Résumé Le discours préventif prend une part importante sur la scène publique actuelle s’immisçant aux confins de l’intimité de l’humain pour finalement venir penser pour lui, pour son bien, au prix du sacrifice du sujet. Cet article propose, par une analyse de ce discours, de repérer les lieux de l’imposture. Dans cette collusion nouvelle entre savoir et certitude nous interrogeons comment le sujet est confronté et résiste à cette forme de pouvoir désubjectivante. Entre vérité d’un discours et vérité du sujet, nous conclurons sur la question de l’éthique comme positionnement face aux idéologies adaptatives et normatives.
