Após duas décadas de forte ascensão do neoliberalismo, a degradação das condições de trabalho foi denunciada por numerosos observadores: alguns falam de "violência no trabalho", acentuando as dimensões socioeconômicas que estruturam os universos profissionais. Este artigo se inscreve nesta perspectiva e considera particularmente o papel que a dinâmica de gestionarização desempenha no exercício da violência no trabalho. O artigo se apoia sobre duas situações emblemáticas: o trabalho nas centrais de teleatendimento e a implementação de um dispositivo de gestão "total", o Balanced Scorecard, em uma multinacional. Mostra que as violências ligadas ao fato gestionário manifestam-se em três níveis articulados. No primeiro nível, esta violência resulta das transformações macropolíticas que tornam incontornáveis a introdução e a renovação dos dispositivos de gestão. No segundo nível, a violência se exerce em torno da implementção de dispositivos de gestão. Enfim, no terceiro nível, violência simbólica, que dá suporte às práticas de diferentes categorias de ator, manifesta-se. A imbricação entre estes níveis leva uma maioria de atores a adotar uma atitude de resignação diante da impossibilidade de se emancipar da gestão. Esta constatação pemite focar melhor o lugar e o modo de ação para enfrentar a violência no trabalho.
« C'est en cours, vous y êtes… mais il faut peut-être accélérer pour certains ! » : le travail d'une manager face à la « transformation numérique » Marie Benedetto-Meyer (UTT, Tech/cico) Depuis quelques années, la diffusion des outils numériques dans les entreprises (nouveaux systèmes d'informations, messageries instantanées, diffusions de tablettes et smartphones outils de partage de documents, etc.) donne lieu, dans les discours managériaux, à l'annonce d'une « transformation digitale » sans précédent, qui remettrait en cause de manière profonde les formes du travail et de l'emploi. Les salariés sont notamment prétendus devenus plus autonomes, mieux informés, voire capables de se coordonner entre eux.
Avec la multiplication des prises de parole des clients sur Internet, la notion « d’e-réputation » apparait comme un enjeu émergent, mobilisant une diversité croissante d’acteurs pour suivre la réputation des entreprises sur les « réseaux sociaux ». Le « travail réputationnel » résultant de cet intérêt a d’abord été envisagé, par les entreprises et par les travaux portant sur cette notion, dans une perspective de veille, de mesure et d’analyse des prises de parole des clients. Dans cet article, nous montrons que l’intervention sur les réseaux sociaux relève du travail réputationnel, et que ce travail ne se limite pas aux professionnels de la communication, mais concerne aussi – et transforme - des activités telle que la vente et la relation client. À travers l’exemple de l’intervention d’un conseiller client d’Orange sur le blog des habitants d’un quartier de la région parisienne, nous verrons comment un travail réputationnel peut s’intégrer dans la construction d’une nouvelle forme de relation client et la conquête d’un nouveau marché.
