Este artículo tiene como propósito analizar algunas formas de violencia que se desarrollan en una escuela secundaria pública del Distrito Federal, México, de un modo tal que afloren los factores que le subyacen. Para lograrlo, asumimos la perspectiva de investigación cualitativa como la más adecuada para estudiar los hechos sociales considerados violentos y las percepciones y apreciaciones que los sujetos construyen sobre esos hechos en situaciones de interacción inscritas en el contexto escolar. A partir de los registros de observación y los discursos del profesorado y el alumnado, sostenemos que en esta escuela se producen formas de conflictividad general caracterizadas por relaciones opuestas entre el profesorado y el alumnado, que terminan en violencias simbólicas, emocionales y gestuales. También formas de violencia física manifestadas en peleas cuerpo a cuerpo, juegos bruscos y casos aislados de violencia contra el profesorado. En algunos casos la escuela está directamente involucrada y en otros casos los problemas de violencia se imbrican con otros factores sociales y culturales que le dan poder y significado.
En este artículo narramos nuestra experiencia en el trabajo docente y directivo en dos colegios de educación secundaria del Perú, entrelazándolo con los acontecimientos que sufrimos como víctimas de detención arbitraria. Esto con el objetivo de comprender los significados y sentidos que construimos sobre esas experiencias en el marco de un proceso social que trasciende nuestra historia personal. La narración se apoya en la estrategia de investigación autoetnográfica. Gracias a esta forma de investigación reconfiguramos nuestras experiencias docentes y directivas como narraciones cargadas de significado y sentido en su relación con los social y lo cultural. El proceso de rememorar y escribir esta narración nos ha permitido hacer accesibles e inteligibles motivaciones personales y condicionantes externos en el proceso de construcción de nuestro ser y hacer docente. También, nos ha permitido afrontar el estigma de “profesores terroristas” y traer a flote el sufrimiento y el miedo que guardamos durante muchos años como si fueran marcas negativas en nuestra historia.
RESUMENLa experiencia que se presenta evidencia los aspectos que caracterizan el microambiente escolar y su implementación en el trabajo metodológico de la Unidad Educativa del Milenio “Paiguara” de la comunidad San Antonio en el cantón Gualaceo, teniendo en cuenta estrategias de inclusión de los niños Kichwa, para potenciar el estudio y sensibilización hacia la conservación de los recursos naturales, lo que posibilita una mejor comprensión para su implementación en integración con el proceso que se lleva a cabo en el Ecuador. Se abordan los diferentes términos que se han utilizado que tratan de limitar los espacios geográficos. ABSTRACTThe experience that is presented evidences the aspects that characterize the school microenvironment and its implementation in the methodological work of the "Paiguara" Millennium Educational Unit of the San Antonio community in the canton of Gualaceo, taking into account the strategies of inclusion of the Kichwa children, to promote the study and sensitization towards the conservation of natural resources, which makes possible a better understanding for its implementation in integration with the process that that takes place in Ecuador. The different terms that have been used that try to limit geographical spaces are addressed.
