In the article the key terms including “coach”, “coaching”, “coaching technology” used in the area of educational leadership are investigated. The purpose, tasks and types of coaching in the educational management are determined. The coaching algorithm as a technology targeted at unlocking the potential of university faculty and staff is explained. The emphasis is placed on the use of coaching principles that ensure effective leadership. The immense potential that coaching technology provides for the educational leadership is considered. The role of master programs that offer specialized training for future leaders in different educational environments is outlined. In order to stimulate professional education, leader’s ability to make ethical managerial decisions, develop responsibility, confidence in their own capabilities, the ways of implementing coaching technology in higher education are substantiated. The key competencies and masteries that educational leaders have to acquire are outlined. Today’s schools lack experienced leader that can ensure stability and growth. To understand the problems and challenges that schools in Ukraine are facing, principals in two regions of Ukraine have been served regarding their awareness of the term “coaching” and its practical importance for the effective educational management. It is argued that coaching as a strategy to ensure effective leadership is considered to be a powerful resource for any educational setting. The framework of coaching treats each and every employee as a unique, creative personality, able to independently solve a number of tasks, take initiative, make choices, and realize goals.
Nowadays in the context of innovations in the education system it is necessary to substantiate the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of mathematical competence. These changes necessitated the development of a model for the formation of the mathematical competence of future primary school teachers by means of innovative technologies. The purpose of the article is to get acquainted with the components of primary school teachers’ professional competence, to characterize the content of organizational and pedagogical conditions for implementing the model of mathematical competence of future primary school teachers by means of innovative technologies, to form our own model of mathematical competence. Realization of the purpose of the article will give an opportunity in the educational process of higher pedagogical educational institution to improve the professional training of the future specialist, in particular in the aspect of his mathematical competence formation. The educational and methodological support of the process of building mathematical competence is analyzed, in particular: a set of multimedia presentations in the courses “Mathematics” and “Methods of teaching in the educational field of “Mathematics”. a textbook “Methods of teaching in the educational field of “Mathematics”, a textbook “Fundamentals of work in the Moodle environment” and electronic methodological complexes “Mathematics” and “Methods of teaching in the educational field of “Mathematics”, created in the Mооdle environment.
The article aim at determining and analysis of modern technologies of management of educational establishment. The essence and meaning of management technology is investigated, such managerial technologies are characterized «public relations», monitoring technology, personnel management, cloud technology. As a result of carried out research, it was found out that none of the existing technology in pedagogical science does not provide an optimal result of the effectiveness of management of educational establishment. It is necessary to determine such complex of technologies which takes into account the level of scientific and practical training of subjects for its realization, peculiarities of educational establishment, the level of students' educational competence, their differentiated needs in acquiring education, the level of teaching and methodological support as well as technical equipment of the educational process, requirements and needs the present time.
The article studies the characteristics of teacher training for primary school teachers in the information educational environment in higher education institutions (HEIs). It shows that Ukraine’s integration into European and world educational space as a prerequisite for determining effective areas in its development is a strong motive to study the systems of teacher training for primary school teachers, reflect on their positive experience, clarify trends and prospects of their development and discover ways to solve the existing issues in teacher education. The article considers the current state of teacher training for primary school teachers in view of applying information technologies in HEIs. Considering teacher training for primary school teachers as the large-scale nationwide objective, the article analyzes this aspect in those Ukrainian HEIs whose activities are related to this particular area. IT is also essential and necessary to study the experience of individual scholars and practitioners implementing the achievements of informatization in their activities. The detailed study of teacher training for primary school teachers has made it possible to reveal significant shortcomings in this process. The findings prove that HEIs do not create favourable organizational conditions for future primary schools teachers to develop their innovative professional and personal qualities. These include the following: competitiveness; motivation towards lifelong learning and continuing professional development; knowledge about appropriate ways of personal development; creative and IT skills.
