Atualmente, a escola tem se mostrado como um relevante espaço de discussão sobre a sexualidade adolescente. Nos últimos anos, apesar da média de gravidez não planejada ter diminuído entre os adolescentes brasileiros, o valor ainda se encontra elevado em relação à média mundial. Além disso, os índices nacionais de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis na adolescência têm se elevado. Por essa razão, é extremamente fundamental que as escolas continuem adotando como proposta metodológica a inclusão da abordagem sobre educação sexual. O presente artigo descreve o estágio realizado em uma Escola Estadual localizada em Betim - MG para a disciplina de Estágio Supervisionado III – Licenciatura, do curso de graduação em Ciências Biológicas, na Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, campus Betim (PUC Minas Betim). A atividade teve por objetivo esclarecer dúvidas de alunos do ensino médio em relação ao uso de métodos contraceptivos e Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis (ISTs), por meio de uma dinâmica realizada em três momentos: 1. Exposição do tema com uso slides; 2. Simulação prática de uma situação de contágio de ISTs utilizando-se indicador de pH; 3. Jogo “Mitos e Verdades”. Dos alunos participantes, 64% consideraram a atividade ótima e aproximadamente 33% definiram como boa, contribuindo para um resultado satisfatório da proposta. Atividades com esta concepção, permitem esclarecer dúvidas e integram os adolescentes, que se sentem mais à vontade para participar, cumprindo assim importante papel como método alternativo e complementar de aprendizagem.
