En este trabajo se investigan las formas de comunicación que desde la universidad se dirigen hacia sus públicos internos y externos, en términos de comportamiento ético a través de los sitios web oficiales y en redes sociales, específicamente en Facebook. Metodológicamente se realiza una aproximación cuantitativa tomando una muestra de las 18 universidades más importantes a nivel mundial según el QS Ranking y aplicando un instrumento para identificar la existencia de mensajes con contenido ético, canales de comunicación específicos y presencia en redes sociales. Como reflexión final se plantea la necesidad de que las organizaciones educativas trabajen en la generación de contenidos éticos claros, fáciles de encontrar en sus sitios web, que alienten a sus públicos para la toma de conciencia ética en los temas y problemas que aquejan a la humanidad, así como hacia el diálogo y participación en los temas de relevancia.
El propósito de la investigación fue comprender la percepción de estudiantes universitarios ante las relaciones públicas del gobierno federal de México, la figura de Andrés Manuel López Obrador y su respuesta ante la pandemia por COVID-19. Posteriormente, se comparó esa percepción con la de expertos en el área de comunicación y política. La investigación fue cualitativa, descriptiva y exploratoria. Se hicieron grupos de enfoque y se aplicó el método Delphi a expertos. Los hallazgos incluyen el rechazo a López Obrador cómo figura responsable, debido al ostracismo percibido en los grupos investigados, la percepción favorable de ciertas figuras de su gabinete, como Marcelo Ebrard y Hugo López-Gatell, por su habilidad de manejo de crisis. Destaca la percepción de diferencias entre los discursos de López Obrador y los de expertos de su gabinete, así como la percepción negativa del papel protagónico que toma el mandatario en la comunicación pública.
Mediante el an�lisis cualitativo de un caso, se reporta una experiencia de transformaci�n social por medio de estrategias de intervenci�n en comunicaci�n desde el �mbito universitario, dirigidas hacia peque�as organizaciones que buscan el desarrollo econ�mico y el posicionamiento en el mercado. El contexto del estudio est� constituido por las personas que forman parte de una universidad, como estudiantes de comunicaci�n, profesores de diversas �reas y emprendedores que son los futuros empresarios. Se concluye el �xito del proyecto en la medida en que la universidad logr� un impacto social que contribuy� al desarrollo y la mejora con base en la innovaci�n y responsabilidad social.
El objetivo del presente art�culo es analizar la percepci�n y autopercepci�n estudiantil sobre responsabilidad social, considerando el sistema filos�fico, cursos, autoridades, compromiso social y medios de comunicaci�n universitarios. Se aplican 454 cuestionarios a estudiantes de dos universidades privadas de M�xico, cuyos resultados indican que hay correlaci�n significativa entre las acciones de la universidad percibidas por el estudiante y su autopercepci�n en el tema. Se concluye que la universidad debe incrementar esfuerzos para la formaci�n de profesionales socialmente responsables, ya que la percepci�n estudiantil se orienta a niveles m�s bajos en los �ltimos semestres. Se sugiere el desarrollo de los canales de comunicaci�n universitaria para generar un mayor nivel de involucramiento y mejorar las percepciones de los p�blicos en las instituciones.
