La investigación tuvo por objetivo analizar la gestión de aprendizaje creativo mediante la Herramienta Powtoon con la finalidad de proponer estrategias didácticas dirigidas a los estudiantes de lengua y literatura de la Unidad Educativa General “Eloy Alfaro” del Cantón Chone del Ecuador. Se fundamentó desde el enfoque cuantitativo con tipología descriptiva. El diseño de las estrategias didácticas presentadas a los docentes, permiten pasar a una segunda fase de investigación en donde se aplique bajo el enfoque de aprender haciendo, situación que permitirá a los profesores, experimentar en sí mismos. Se propusieron estrategias didácticas basadas en la herramienta Powtoon, posibilitando el acercamiento de los docentes a encontrarse con una visión pedagógica en razón de propiciar el aprendizaje creativo en los estudiantes, proceso generador de la reflexión, análisis, comprensión, creación de nuevas ideas en razón de brindar respuestas a los diversas inquietudes sociales proyectadas desde el mundo global.

The objective of the research was to analyze the importance of psychopedagogical counseling in the literacy process by students of higher general basic education in Ecuador, through a documentary review with bibliographic design of research works related to psychopedagogy and learning problems through literacy, located in peer-reviewed journals and indexed in databases recognized for good editorial practice. Six central indicators are configured to promote psycho-pedagogical strategies in order to promote an effective process of literacy in students of general basic education, which generates a multidisciplinary articulation, therefore, neuroscience must be addressed as a promoter approach to an education where they are addressed neural and affective networks in order to stimulate cognition, through the effective use of ICT in order to promote research and reflection as a fundamental axis of learning.

The research was redirected to the different studies that focus on reality of the Ecuadorian education system and the disadvantages facing the teaching-learning process due to negative manifestations of the environment, which influence the academic performance of the students, considering that precarious economic situations, intra-family problems, the barriers that the teacher faces Due to lack of recreational, recreational resources, training based on various areas of study, there are some situations that create inequalities between the different educational contexts of the country, being necessary to look for alternative solutions or reforms that focus on a particular reality, where it is distinguished the stages I of the rural and urban area, establishing as an objective to analyze education from an aspect of transformation, through a pedagogical plan determined by curricular adjustments, which allow the development of skills, implementation of methods, techniques according to the required level, with the purpose of Obtain educational excellence. For the development of the study, the exploratory methodology linked to knowing the specific problem was used, based on theoretical bases and results made in other fields of inquiry that relate the situation of the school to respond to social, cultural, economic and educational interests.
